We had a terrific stay! Incredibly close to downtown! Easy walking even in the snow! Perfect layout for several couple and kids! Has everything you need for cooking. Highly recommend this house for your next stay in Breckenridge!

The place was REALLY nice! My family and I planned a ski trip to Breck and this was the perfect place. We had a large group with kids, and an infant, and it worked great! The hot tub was a really nice touch at the end of a long ski day. The location is so great and stunning views. It’s only a few minute walk to the gondola and a real quick walk to Main Street. Can’t wait to come back! We highly recommend!

The house was perfect has everything you need and you cannot beat the location to Main Street and the trails!! Very clean and comfy. The hot tub was so nice to come back to after any event or just an evening in. Every morning we saw the same fox hanging out front and the views from the patio upstairs was amazing. We will stay here again we loved it!!

The house was exactly as they described. Clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was a bit older and a few things probably needed to be fixed but was overall still a great house. We booked this house since it was so close to downtown and we could just walk to Oktoberfest.

We walked most everywhere, close to the gondola and Main Street. We had small children so, I recommend to bring their entertainment. Very clean, updated and such a great stay for the week we were there. I didn’t think I would like this but I did feel taken care of my the management company. They checked on us about every day or so, to see if we needed anything. When we had a question on how something worked, almost immediate response everytime. Great home for one or two families.

Ski trip

Perfect location to get to the ski lift or downtown. Amazing home was clean and ready for our family stay. We had no problems so we didn’t have to communicate with the owner. But the way this location was ran I am sure they would have taken care of the problem immediately.

Great place to stay right off the main street

We had an awesome time in Breckenridge staying at Apres on French St. The location was perfect for walking to the gondola or heading into town for a bite to eat. Everything was clean and ready for our group when we arrived, no issues at all. Thanks!

Superb Stay in Downtown Breck

Our family of 6 adults fit perfectly in this lovely updated home. Great location with quick access to shops, restaurants and the Gondola! The the dogs loved it!!! Thank you!!

Great Breck Home

Had a great time with the family at this super nice house! House was conveniently located near town and the gondola. Rooms and beds were perfect for our group of 8 plus a 6 mo old baby. Property managers were nice and responsive.

This was a cozy well appointed house close to town and easily within walking distance of downtown and all we wanted to do. Great family space to all hang out and have dinner.

Fabulous Girl’s Weekend

River Ridge Management went above and beyond to ensure my friends and I had a great weekend. I was notified last minute that the house we were supposed to stay in didn’t have hot water. Instead of leaving us without a place to stay, River Ridge upgraded our stay to a bigger and absolutely gorgeous home. Communication was wonderful throughout the duration of our vacation. We felt taken care of and we were so thankful.

Nice Property

We enjoyed our stay. It was relatively close to Main St. and were were able to walk to most shops/restaurants. We stayed in the summer (July). It was hot during the day and there is no A/C. A lot of the windows were difficult to open, and a number of them were missing screens. The traffic on French St. is very busy, which made it difficult to exit the driveway. There is only one single lane driveway for parking; so if you have multiple cars, it can be a bit unwieldly to move your vehicles around. Last thing: the dryer has a difficult time drying (and we made sure the lint trap was always cleaned out).

We wanted to be close enough to be able to walk downtown to all the shops and restaurants. Also close enough to the trails that the younger members of our family wanted to access. French Street also gave us easy access to travel to Frisco when we wanted to drive there and allowed us to miss the Main Street traffic in Breckenridge.Also, gave us a great view of the mountains as we enjoyed our morning coffee.
