Welcome to the casita on Reymond St! You will enjoy this newly renovated property with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, large living room with a pull out sofa and a full kitchen! This charming place has hardwood floors through out, Talavera tile and Authentic Mexican folk art. We also offer gourmet local coffee, English muffins and fresh farm eggs for you to make a wonderful breakfast. Please do be aware that this unit is up a flight of stairs. Dogs and kiddos are welcome but there is no outdoor space.
The unit is located on a property with a main house. There is a separate entrance but we do ask that you practice good neighbor behavior and keep things down after 10pm. The property has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, 2 queen beds, and a queen pull out couch.
Las Cruces is primarily a driving city, however, this casita is in the heart of the old downtown and is very walkable. Parking is street parking in front of the property. You're only a walk away from the famous Las Cruces farmers market which happens every Saturday morning of the year! The casita is 10 minutes away from New Mexico State University and 55 minutes from the El Paso International Airport. If you are looking for a more adventurous day take a 50-minute trip up to the beautiful White Sands National Park! There you can enjoy sledding down the brilliant white dunes, hiking, or enjoying a picnic at sunset.
We are a local small Real Estate Company (Rethink Real Estate LLC) who manages Airbnbs, we have a full staff to assist you during your stay.

The neighborhood is referred to by locals as the Alameda depot area and is a wonderful, walkable, historic neighborhood, centrally located in downtown Las Cruces closed to museums, the Farmers’s market, bars, restaurants and galleries.
This neighborhood is very walkable but Las Cruces, in general, is a driving city.
Kids and dogs are welcome, but please keep in mind that there is a flight of stairs to go up and there is no outdoor space, there is a great park nearby and walking to the local farmers market would take about 10 mins. Parking is street, close to the unit. We have pack n plays on request. The tenants in the front house do have dogs, they are safely behind a fence but they will bark when you are going up the stairs.
Primarily what we wish is for you to enjoy your stay! If you would do your dishes, leave the key in the lockbox, and shoot us a message when you are leaving, we will take care of the rest!
