The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay: two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, a single sofa bed with a trundle bed, table and chairs, small integrated kitchen, full bathroom with bathtub, and a balcony with a great view as the apartment is located on a high floor.

The building has many amenities: swimming pool, coin operated laundry area, tennis court, gym, a small cinema, barbecue and multiporpuse room (these last two with extra cost for using them)
