Mountain Bike Luxury Home in Downtown Bentonville

Discover Bentonville from our downtown luxury home. Located blocks from both the downtown Bentonville square and the new Wal-Mart HQ, the property features 3 king beds and 4 twin beds in a bike themed non-bunk room. It is perfect for a group getaway or a luxury retreat. With Fiber Optic Wifi, a pool, and plenty of space to work "offsite" you may just want to spend an entire month here. With 2 ensuite bathrooms and 2 public bathrooms, the space is perfect for families with kids OR execs visiting the home office.

Store your bikes in the garage or contact our next door neighbor for a Bentonville Golf cart tour. This home is set up perfectly for your trail riding weekend or your sponsored training tour with film crew.

3 King bedrooms and 1 UNBUNK room with 4 twin beds gives you room to sleep 10. Additionally, we didn't skimp on the tech. There is a loft movie area with surround sound and a massive TV and everything is digital from the lighting to the tech to the pool gate.

You can even use the garage if you are willing to upload the MyQ app.

This place is one you don't want to miss and it is one you won't want to leave.

I celebrated my 50th birthday with a group of friends (including two small children) at Dan's home, and it was even better than expected. The home was beyond luxurious, immaculate, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The large kitchen / dining area extending into the pool and patio were perfect for large group gatherings. Proximity to town was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better place or way to celebrate.

Beautiful and spacious home walkable distance to downtown Bentonville, also a nice kids park just around the corner that our granddaughter loved. We had 10 family members in town for the U of A graduation, and it was the perfect fit. We enjoyed the entire home, especially the patio, pool, and gathering around the large kitchen table for games and meals together. The house was very well stocked, and we never felt like anything was missing. Dan was a fantastic host and very easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

What an excellent stay we had at this house! 9 family members and this place was the perfect fit. Walkable to downtown Bentonville was a bonus. The house itself is drop dead gorgeous with numerous upscale amenities and Dan is a very accommodating host. The pool is a bonus! Lots of natural light and my foodie wife really enjoyed the kitchen. Did I mention how incredibly clean it is kept?We would absolutely stay here again!
