Welcome to Claire — a thoughtfully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath Craftsman in Tyler’s historic Charnwood District. Designed for comfort and ease, the home features a private king suite, spacious living areas, and a layout that works well for families, groups, and longer stays.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed with a private bathroom featuring a double vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and separate water closet. One additional bedroom includes a queen bed, and the other features a full bed. The study provides a flexible space with two futons, ideal for additional guests.

The home includes a comfortable living room, a dedicated dining space for shared meals, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for both quick breakfasts and full dinners. A quiet study offers a place to work or unwind, making the home especially suitable for extended stays or traveling professionals.

Outside, you’ll find a spacious yard and a covered front porch — perfect for enjoying a quiet morning or relaxing in the evening.

Claire is well-suited for longer stays with fast WiFi, a dedicated workspace, in-home washer and dryer, and a layout designed for everyday living. The quiet, established neighborhood offers a comfortable setting while still being close to everything.

Located in the Charnwood Historic District, you’re just minutes from downtown Tyler, hospitals and medical centers, parks, dining, and shopping, with easy access to major roads.

Parking is available on-site, including a covered carport, and entry is simple with a private door code provided before arrival.

Please note the front yard is unfenced, so supervision is recommended for children.

We were so lucky to have picked Sweet Claire for our extended stay. The host was always available for questions. The home was very well equipped for all our needs. We loved our time at Sweet Claire but are really glad to be back in our remodeled home. I would highly recommend Sweet Claire for your stay however short or extended.

The host has thought of everything. From shampoo, conditioner and soap. To Q-tips, cotton balls and make up wipes. The home was clean and decorated so cute. We absolutely loved our stay. Close to lots of restaurants and the Caldwell Zoo. The master suite was gorgeous and set apart from the rest of the house which was nice. I would very highly recommend this home for your next stay in Tyler. My family will be returning to Claire again.

Sandra thought of everything! There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the home. It was very, very welcoming! I appreciated the well stocked kitchen - everything you need to prepare and serve meals. The tray with lemonade packets and a pitcher with glasses would be perfect for summer evenings. The nicely appointed bathroom was stocked with quality toiletries and soft, fluffy towels. Our bedroom had an excellent mattress and a selection of pillows for our comfort. Lovely decor and spotlessly clean - this little house was a home away from home. The historic location was perfect and we were able to drive the azalea trail! Also, the area was very quiet and tranquil.

A truly exceptional stay! The location in the safe and central Azalea district is perfect. The home is beautiful and spotless, with every detail perfected. The host is caring and highly responsive, making us feel instantly at home. Bonus: convenient carport parking. I liked it so much I immediately rebooked and look forward to my return.

Lovely home in a quiet and yet convenient neighborhood. Immaculately clean. Bright and sunny, but with high-quality shades for privacy. I had to work some while I was there and really appreciated the comfortable adjustable desk chair. This has now become my go-to place to stay in Tyler.

There is a coziness when you walk in, and so much space. All kinds of areas to chat or get in your own space if you want cozy with a book or you want to comfort casual in the living room. The kitchen and the cookware lovely and quality. Plush bathroom towels. The décor is soft on the eye, thought put into it, not bland nothingness. The extra touches like the drapes and tablecloth lovely. The hutch a lovely surprise. Comfortable places in the home. Peaceful, quiet. Looking out to the front street, cup of tea or coffee beverage, beautiful large windows. The home outside a sweet, serene color. There are beautiful big homes’ architecture in the direct area. Walking south, lovely area to walk. Rose gardens driving minutes away, free to the public. This is a great place to have a couple’s time, family visit, a book meet, or for a person traveling who wanted a quiet place, to spread out, enjoying a variety of rooms and not feeling cramped.
