Excellent condo near everything!

My family and I recently stayed at this beautiful condo for an awesome ski trip. The condo had everything that we needed. We chose to stay in for most meals and the kitchen was well-equipped. The heated garage was a nice feature as we would leave our wet boots and gear in the garage overnight and they would be dry by morning. The hot tub is super close and comes in handy after a full day of skiing. This condo is a short walk to either the shuttle that picks up in front of the community or you can walk a little further to the Beaver Run ski lift. This condo is in a fantastic location and it had plenty of room for our family of 6. The property manager was super responsive and accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great Stay in Breckenridge

We very much enjoyed our stay! The space is as wonderful as is shown in the photos. You can tell it is well maintained. It is also close to the property hot tub. We really enjoyed the fire place that connects to both the master bedroom and master bathroom. We appreciated the additional touches from the host like the snacks in a basket and available board games. The location was about a 20 minute walk from some of our favorite downtown restaurants. It’s also within walking distance of two different ski lifts which was great. We also valued the communication from the host before check in and before check out too. We had a great trip staying here!

Not worth the price

While the condo itself was nice, they missed the mark on several details, especially at this price range. A) Ice maker nor water filter worked at all. Called contact, no response. B) The owners are cheap. All of the soaps were watered down like my stingy grandfather used to do to save a buck. C) It is NOT an 800ft walk to the lifts but about double that across a main road and down a hill to get to snowflake. There was never a convenient way to get back either as getting up the 35° hill was exhausting after a day on the slopes. Not worth almost $5k for 4 days. Won't rent again.

Nice condo, in good condition and located about a 15 walk from Main Street. Not exactly ski in/out (about a 10 minute walk), but ok. Really close to bus stop. Heated garage was great for leaving you equipment after a day in the slopes.

Great flat, convenient location

This place is comfortable, it has everything you might need, and it's a short walk from two different ski lifts, and a moderate walk or a quick bus ride from town.

Super-comfortable, convenient location

Stayed for a week in January, had a great time. The flat is very comfortable, plenty of space and equipped with everything you could need. Location is good - 10-minute walk from the Beaver lift, about the same distance from the Snowflake lift. A bit longer to walk to town, but the Free Ride bus stop is just a short walk away.

Great stay for family

This was a very pleasant stay for my wife and me, our son, DIL and their two kids, aged 4 and 8. The property was clean, well located and comfortable. Being able to park two cars was a plus in an area with a lot of restricted parking. Enjoyed the easy walk to town and nearby hiking paths. There is a flight of stairs up to the front door that would be a concern to someone with a physical disability. Otherwise would recommend the property.

Great visit

We just returned from our first visit to Breckinridge and had a thoroughly enjoyable visit which was made even better with our choice of accommodations. The pictures and description on the VRBO lived up to our expectations. The location was walking distance to one of the lifts and even a longer walk to Main Street. The jacuzzi tub in the master suite came in handy after skiing. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Great location, well appointed and good communication. Would definitely repeat.

The unit was very clean and available at time promised. It has radiant heat so our party of 6 was comfortable throughout our stay. The condo community hot tub, which we used daily, is conveniently just outside the door. Short distance to Snowflake lift or free shuttle busses take you anywhere else you may want to go. This was our first trip to the mountains for skiing/ boarding and I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

The Perfect Place for a Perfect Getaway!

The condo was exactly what we needed for our family of 6's weekend away in beautiful Breckenridge. We skied right down to the lift, and nearly back into the condo after a fun day on the slopes. Cozy couches, a warm fireplace and an open layout made every evening fun in the living area. The full kitchen had everything you needed to prepare breakfast, lunch and even dinner, if you'd like. The upstairs master bedroom and bathroom was particularly spacious, which was perfect after wonderfully tiring days of fun. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. The cleanliness of the condo surpassed our expectations. This really felt like home away from home in an amazing setting. From the moment we stepped in.....we knew this was a place we will return to again. Thank you to the homeowners for sharing their home and taking such pride in maintaining its beauty.

Warm & Cozy Condo

Great condo! we had a wonderful time. Short walk to & from the lift lines. Nice being able to park in a private garage for a change. Nicely decorated everywhere and wonderful to have heated floors! Jane was super sweet and helpful. I would return again for sure!

Excellent location. Short walk to ski lift and very close to town. The house is very comfortable with nice bedding with clean good quality linens and towels. The house manager, Jayne Weliska was very responsive to any questions we had. The hot tub is very close to the house and felt like we had our own private tub. Frustrated

Owners Cancelled our reservations 7 days before our arrival date.

I received a call from the property managers 7 days before our scheduled arrival but after they had collected the full rent from my credit card. They informed me that the owner believed they sold those 3 days too cheap so they wanted to relist the property. We were already committed to going as we had already paid for lift tickets to Breck for 8 people for 3 days and had paid for travel as well. It was certainly a major headache finding something similar on such short notice. I was unaware the rental contracts were so one sided when booking thru RVBO. I think I will stick with hotels from now on as I have never had them leave me stranded like this after confirming reservations. Still not sure when I will get my money back! I didn't read the fine print but assume they get a fee for cancelling as well. Manager's Response: David, thank you for your review. We are sincerely sorry your booking was canceled. We at Evolve are working to update our pricing algorithms to ensure this situation does not recur for future guests. Great Summer Getaway

This condo was very neat and mostly clean and many necessities were provided, even tissues and poop spray! The carpets are a little stained and with the heat, the place gets HOT quickly! but its walkable to downtown Breckenridge and very close to the community hot tub, which we did not use. The beds were decent and there was plenty of space for our family of 4. What I didnt like was that I thought I was paying one price and then I booked it and the nightly price went up. The cost was advertised as $240/night and we ended up being charged $275/night. Also, the cleaning fee is more than I know these places get charged. In the end we payed near $400/night. It was too much for this place. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay and had a fabulous time in Breckenridge!

Great condo in a great location

stayed here in January 2018 with a group of friends and we had an amazing time. The condo is very close to the slopes, just a 5 minute walk and you can put on your skis and ski down to the bottom of the lift where you purchase the lift tickets. There is a ski rental shop that is also just a 5 minute walk from the condo so there is very little hassle to start your day. At night you can walk into town where the bars/restaurants (about 15-20 mins) or take the free shuttle which runs every 5 or 6 mins. The condo itself comes as described, spacious, updated and with heated floors. Very easy to check in and out and owners were very responsive to our needs.. would highly recommend!

Awesome condo!!

This is definitely the best place I've ever stayed in Breckenridge! It was fantastic being able to walk 2 minutes to the Snowflake lift in the morning. The condo has heated floors which is amazing during the winter and I also really appreciated the gas fireplace. Also, there's a hot tub right next door. The condo comes well equipped with TVs and Wi-Fi and a modern kitchen. Overall, I had a great experience and would love to stay there again

Lovely condo in perfect location!

I absolutely loved staying here!! The condo is even more awesome in person, and the location couldn't be better. I stayed here with 6 friends who are all skiers, and although I am not I had the best long weekend. My friends loved how close it was to the lifts and I loved how close it was to downtown restaurants, shops, spas, etc - by either walking (~15 min) or a free shuttle that comes every few min (1-2 min walk). The condo slept all of us very comfortably with plenty of bathrooms and space to hang out at night. The hot tub was also such a great feature - it's right outside and has a great view. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone!!

Great ski pad

This condo was perfect for our friend group of 7 to both sleep and relax, and had great proximity to the hot tub. It's a quick walk to both the lift and the free shuttle into town, which was perfect for heading out for food and drinks at night. Would definitely stay here again.
