welcoming host, staff, and residents in the building. excellent location, close to everything, and all within walking distance. The building is secure, well outfit, plenty of amenities and privacy. The room is clean, modern, well appointed and a wonderful sleep. - check it out!

A wonderful stay in Santiago! The apartment is exactly as shown: modern, clean, and well-kept. Its location is ideal: central, close to metro stations, stores, and restaurants right nearby. I really appreciated the 24/7 access to the coworking space and gym. The electronic lock and concierge key made for a hassle-free check-in. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, which was essential for my work! The host was exceptionally responsive and kind. I would gladly stay here again!

The place was tiny, the shower pressure very bad, noisy and bad location. There's a big construction going on right in front of the window.

Apreciamos tus comentarios pero nos preocupan tus apreciaciones, especialmente considerando que durante tu estadía mantuvimos siempre comunicación cordial y nunca nos mencionaste incomodidades. Por lo tanto, es importante compartir nuestras aclaraciones para la comunidad: Ubicación: Extendiste tu estadía en dos ocasiones porque la ubicación te resultó conveniente para sus gestiones, te alojaste por 10 noches. Ducha: La cabeza de la ducha se soltó accidentalmente debido a la alta presión del agua y fue reemplazada el mismo día a las 21:00 hrs bajo tu presencia, valoraste la rapidez de la resolución. Ruido: El departamento está en un piso 13, con ventanas termopanel y aislación en ventanas y puertas. Cualquier obra cercana está a 1–2 cuadras de distancia y sabemos que la fase más ruidosa ya ha finalizado. Dimensiones: Las fotos y descripción coinciden exactamente con la distribución y el espacio del departamento, el cual suele recibir valoraciones muy positivas, especialmente por los amenities del edificio. Seguimos comprometidos en brindar una experiencia cómoda y agradable para todos nuestros huéspedes, esperamos que nos visites nuevamente en cualquiera de nuestras propiedades/destinos. Saludos, BUHO
