From the moment you arrive, every detail speaks to comfort, style, and sophistication. Whether savoring a glass of wine by the gas fire pit under the stars, playing billiards in the club-style game room, or relaxing poolside with the seamless indoor-outdoor flow, this residence offers an unmatched escape.

Sleeping Arrangements & Private Suites
Primary Suite: King bed, en suite spa bath, and sweeping water views. One closet will be secured for owner storage.

Important Considerations
This is an allergy-sensitive environment—absolutely no animals are permitted on the property at any time. We do have luxury properties close by that allow and are set up for our younger guests and fur babies. The owner has a serious pulmonary condition that can make animals dander, saliva or an vape or smoke deadly.
Due to open water features, unfenced pool, and delicate furnishings, the home is not suited for young guests.

By Booking You Agree To All House Rules

Please read ALL house rules and note that this home is set up for serious (deadly) allergy conditions and does not allow any animals. (we have near by luxury homes that are animal friendly)
EVENTS, PHOTOGRAPHY, RETREATS, Golf cart use etc will require written approval and include additional fees, insurance and agreements based on the situation. You will connect with Gretchen for all inquires AFTER BOOKING please call- reservations made can be cancelled within 24 hours for refund after conversation to determine if we are a great location for your vision.

These are in place to ensure a safe, comfortable, and compliant experience for all guests.
A signed guest agreement is required by local ordinance to gain access to the property.
It will be emailed the week of your arrival and must be signed before check-in instructions are released. The agreement outlines local codes and policies on: Occupancy limits, Parking, Noise & quiet hours, Trash handling, Pets, Events & gatherings, Property damage, Prohibited commercial activity Absolutely no parties, events, or unauthorized visitors.
EVENT FRIENDLY HOMES REQUIRE ADDITIONAL FEES, INSURANCE AND AGREEMENTS
QUIET HOURS are strictly enforced from 9pm TO 8AM, per local ordinance.
Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund and fines starting at $1,000, charged to the guest
PARKING: Maximum number of vehicles: 5No street parking.
PETS: must be pre-approved in writing before check-in. Pet fees must be paid in full. No excessive barking or unattended pets. Guests are fully liable for all pet-related damages or disturbances.Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds unless covered with provided protection. Guests are expected to clean up after pets indoors and outdoors.
TRASH: All trash must be fully bagged and placed in designated receptacles. Message will be sent the night before trash pick up for compliance
Use of the property for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without written consent. This includes: Content creation,Photography/videography,Podcasting or interviews Coaching, classes, or client sessions,Retreats or private business events
NATURE: Refunds will not be issued due to these natural elements or environmental conditions. Guests acknowledge that the property is located in a natural environment and may be subject to varying weather conditions, wildlife activity, and ambient noise from nature or surrounding areas. We do not make any guarantees regarding weather, wildlife behavior, or the suitability of the environment for specific activities or purposes. Refunds or discounts will not be issued due to weather events, natural occurrences, environmental noise, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Outdoor features such as pools, firepits, grills, or TVs must be used responsibly and with care.
CREDIT CARDS:Please be advised: Credit card processing fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation or refund.These fees are charged by the payment processor and cannot be recovered by the host.Refunds will be issued net of processing fees. By booking, you agree to this policy.
SECURITY AND CAMERAS:For your safety and the security of the home, exterior cameras may be present. There are no interior cameras or surveillance of private guest areas.
SMOKING AND VAPING are not permitted inside the property under any circumstance.
A minimum $1,500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations. Underage drinking and illegal substance use are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM (IF WE CAN ACCOMMODATE AND WE KNOW ABOUT BEFORE WE WILL LET YOU KNOW IF EARLY IN OR LATE OUT IS AVAILABLE IN WRITING)
