Optional E-Bike Rental:
Guests may rent e-bikes during their stay for a fee of $250 per week, per bike. This amount includes a $100 refundable security deposit per bike. The deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days of check-out, provided the e-bike(s) and all accessories (including chargers, locks, and helmets) are returned in the same condition as provided, with no damage beyond normal wear and tear. Guests are responsible for the full cost of any repairs or replacement if damage, loss, or theft occurs during the rental period. Use of the e-bikes is at the Guest’s own risk.
Property can be accessed via electronic door code, sent to allow guests on day of arrival.
Directions: Starting from I‑75, exit onto University Parkway (CR 610) heading west toward downtown Sarasota. Continue along University Parkway until you reach U.S. 41 (Tamiami Trail). Turn left (south) on US‑41 and drive just under a mile to South Shade Avenue. Turn left (east) onto South Shade—this street lies between Bahia Vista Street and Hyde Park Street. Follow South Shade to where it meets Hawthorne Street, then turn right onto Hawthorne and stay on it till you reach the very end.
Parking is available on site for a maximum of 3 cars in the driveway. Parking is available on the street. The garage is not available to guests.
Per City of Sarasota’s Rental Ordinance - This property must be rented for a minimum of 7 nights. If the travel dates you are looking for don’t appear to be available, please contact our reservations team directly and we will see if we can accommodate your request at your property of choice, or another comparable home in our portfolio.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
Accidental Damage Insurance: Accidental Damage Insurance is included within all guest stays at Gulfcoast Holiday Homes. On this property, for stays greater than 29 nights, an additional $90 will be due as the current rates are for 29 nights or less. For additional blocks of 30 nights past 59 nights you, will be charged $71.
Guests must cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a full refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights.
We strongly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance for your protection.
