PLEASE READ! This home is in a beautiful location on the water, however, please note that the heavy salt air and water does cause excessive wear and tear. This home should not be considered a high end or luxury property, which is reflected in the price.
Just steps from the sand at Mussel Shoals this house is designed for ocean lovers, combining comfort with sweeping views of the Pacific and Channel Islands.

This home offers bright, open living spaces filled with natural light. Large windows frame the ocean, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. The living area is perfect for gathering, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy meals together.

The home features four comfortable bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms includes an ensuite for added privacy, while the remaining three share a full bathroom. Each room is designed to provide a restful space to recharge after a day on the coast.

Property was as described. Phenomenal location and our family enjoyed the weekend. Communication with host was very easy and consistent. Check in process was great and the host was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Great views ! Private beach and steps away to the sand.Unfortunately construction next door at 7:00am was disruptive.All the amenities were great ! Would return for sure !

As said in the listing it's not a luxury property, but it was exactly what we pictured. We spent 7 nights and had a wonderful time on the best beach ever with beautiful sunsets and great surf for boogie boarding. Our grandson had a wonderful time digging for sand crabs, building sandcastles and collecting seashells. It's close to Carpinteria which has a lot of quaint shops and restaurants.I was very impressed with the host in their quick response to any questions or concerns. They deserve a 10.

Great property, location! The ocean views and access were steller! Just like the pics. Cannot be beat! House is older, not updated, rustic, but so GREAT!! We only had 4 ppl, so had plenty of space. When we first entered, we thought "why no screens?" Quickly found out that NO screens are needed! No bugs, no crawlers or flyers! We could freely lv windows open all day, while in. (For security, we closed/locked all when we were out, but didn't really see a necessity for it.) Well stocked kitchen, all appliances for conveniences, no heat or AC was needed at all during our stay. Plenty of linens, washer/dryer in good operating condition. Good water pressure, and hot water for four. We accidentally missed trash pu our last day (Friday, sorry), but we also produced little waste. Ate out alot! Great restaurants close by! Thank you thank you! Looking forward to next trip. CJL

Fantastic beach setting in a home that, other than the kitchen has had little in the way of updating. Not a big deal for us but some might find it off putting. Just enjoy the deck, the beach, and the view like we did and you'll have a wonderful experience.
