-Absolutely no smoking on the property, even outside.
-Do not exceed 104 degree in hot tub, even during winter months.
-Turn off outdoor propane tank when not in use.
-Garbage and recycling days are Thursday morning. Please take to the end of the driveway on Wednesday night and bring up no later than Thursday evening.
-Side lanai doors need to remain unlocked for pool and pest control services. Pool service is weekly Tuesday.
-Lawn service is Tuesday/Wednesday weekly
-Handwash wood cutting boards and plastic wine glasses
-No metal utensils on ceramic frying pans
-Use placemats and trivets on wood table
-Glass cleaner for the stove is under the sink
