Come for the hospitality and stay for the view! Located just inside the city limits of Asotin, Washington. You will be less than 20 minutes away from anywhere in the Valley that you’d want to go! Expansive parking, so bring your friends, boat, ATV or RV.

Situated on a generous lot with open pasture on two sides and unobstructed views from the front, this property offers a sense of privacy and natural beauty. Enjoy direct access to the scenic bike and walking path just steps from the front door. Inside, the home features luxury vinyl flooring throughout and a spacious living room with two fold-down couches to accommodate extra guests.

*Willing to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out upon request.

Everything was in order. Good communication everything was explained well throughout. House was welcoming and had everything we needed. Definitely would stay again.

Weve stayed at alot of places. This is comfy and cozy and very clean. Great views, and good location. The host ia a 15 out of 10! Never will you gind a more all around accommodating and responsive host. We will definitely be back. We left the place in a condition almost ready to rent again and are always happy to do so. For ppl reading this, efforts to be a good guest keep places like this alive as well. Leave places how you would want your place left. Overall it was a great experience.

The place was super clean. The kitchen amenities were nice to have. A dishwasher, garbage disposer, full size refrigerator, nice stove and a real coffee maker.The Smart TV was a bonus to access Netflix too.

My son and one of my grandsons came up to fish and the location was perform access to the boat launch as well as town. The little place was clean and well stocked for our three night stay. We will be back.
