The host did not lie, everything was as perfect as the described. Clean, well stocked, access, parking and spaciousness were all perfect. The house is a new build in an older neighborhood that is going through re-vitalization, but safe. Access to freeway was great and you do not even hear the freeway from inside of the house. We had 2 other couples with us and they were all very impressed.

We chose this property based on the close proximity to downtown Ft. Worth and the affordable price compared to the 2 hotel rooms we would’ve paid for downtown. The house inside is wonderfully furnished and clean. Comfortable, Hilton-quality mattresses. Plenty of kitchen utensils, coffee, towels, great pillows, and comfortable seating. The owner even offers a welcome package with a tray full of goodies and snacks. The owner is also very quick to respond with any issues. We had difficulty opening the driveway gate because it had been damaged, perhaps by a previous guest, and he immediately sent someone over to help us out. They had to use bolt cutters to get the chain separated from the gate. But they solved the problem within 1 hour of our arrival while we got settled in. I also messaged the owner about a homeless person snooping around the vacant lot next door and he was very quick to reply. My daughter thinks the homeless person was rummaging through our trash bin. Perhaps a chirping security camera on that side of the house would be a good deterrant. I loved being able to park in the garage. However, it was a very tight squeeze with our Lincoln Navigator. But I took it slow and made it fit. I had to stop, back up a few feet, then carefully pull forward when making the turn into the garage. If you’re in a long-bed pickup, I don’t think you will make it into the garage, but you could fold the mirrors in, pull through the gate, and park in the driveway outside kf the garage.

Thank you, Josh! We’re so glad you and your family enjoyed the home and found it comfortable, well stocked, and convenient for your time in Fort Worth. We also really appreciate your patience with the gate issue upon arrival and are glad we were able to get it resolved quickly. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d be happy to welcome you back anytime!

The house was great. Exactly as presented. Very comfortable-everything we needed. The only negative is the super narrow driveway. Barely could get a Highlander into and out of the garage. Finally just parked on drive. Street parking for trucks only and neighborhood makes you think twice. That said we had NO problems what so ever .

My wife and I have called Fort Worth home for more than 40 years and have been proud Superhosts for the past five. This city has become such a special part of our lives, and we love sharing it with guests from all over. We enjoy creating spaces that feel warm, inviting, and easy to settle into. Hosting is more than just offering a place to stay; it’s about making sure every guest feels at home, cared for, and part of the community we love so much.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose this part of Fort Worth because it has so much character and a sense of history while also evolving in exciting ways. The Southside blends the charm of old Fort Worth with new restaurants, shops, and community spaces that bring fresh energy to the area. It’s close to everything — the Stockyards, TCU, Downtown, Dickies Arena, and the Hospital District are all just a short drive away. We love how the neighborhood continues to grow while still keeping its unique Fort Worth spirit.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This home is a brand-new build designed with both comfort and style in mind. Every piece of furniture, appliance, and finish was hand-selected to create a modern, welcoming space that feels fresh and thoughtfully put together. Guests love the open layout, high-end touches, gated entry, and private garage, all just a short drive to Fort Worth’s best attractions. Whether you’re here for a family getaway, a special celebration, or a work trip, we want you to feel completely at home from the moment you arrive.
