The house is pretty and looks exactly like the pictures. However, the beautiful asthetic doesn’t excuse poor customer service, broken/missing accommodations, and a dirty bath tub.
No toiletries or amenities (not even a blow dryer). Master bedroom doesn’t have a closet and is super cold at night. We also couldn’t use the freaking tub because it was so dirty. On top of that, the command center for the spa was broken so we had to text our manager, Dan, every time we wanted to use the hot tub.
Dan also had a very bad attitude towards me and my guests when we requested a later check out, which was offered beforehand and considered “flexible”. It’s clear that Dan doesn’t really care about your comfort. He’s more focused on his own schedule and getting you out as soon as possible so he can go on making money. My tip would be to plan for checkout to be flexible so you don’t stress yourself (and, most importantly, your guests). Also, consider the tone you speak to others (especially if your job is in hospitality).
In an effort to end in a positive note, Evolve was very responsive when we needed them and the check in process was easy. The house was super clean when we arrived and the decor were ideal for a Bachelorette/ girls trip. Kitchen also had everything we needed for meals in.
