~We do not allow any personal mail &/or package deliveries of any kind, no exceptions.
~We provide initial supplies to get you started. For the duration of your stay, you'll need to purchase any additional supplies you require.
~Do not disrespect neighbors.
~Please follow check-in and check-out instructions.
~Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
~Do not remove makeup with white towels in the unit. There are dark towels in the bathroom cabinet under the sink for this.
~Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. Doing so will result to a $500 fine)
~Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
~No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Smoking of any kind will result in an additional charge (listed below).
~No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.
~Do not have more guests (regardless of age) than stated in your reservation and we do not allow visitors. Any overnight guests not on the reservation will be considered an additional guest for the reservation and will result in an additional guest fee (listed below).
~No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm.
~All Guests are expected to clean up after themselves prior to departure: If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
~All Guests are expected to wash their own dishes prior to departure.
~We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Shipping items that have been left behind will result in an additional handling charge (listed below). Items may be donated or disposed of at our discretion 2 days after your scheduled departure.

Building Office Access: Please note that the building office reserves the right to enter the premises during your stay for scheduled maintenance or in case of emergency situations beyond the host's control. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such circumstances.

★★FEES, if incurred, must be paid within 1 hour of submission or reservation will be subject to termination with no refund. ★★
★FEES: A $50 handling fee must be paid prior to any request for our staff to return a lost item left in the unit.
★FEES: Lost TV remote control will result in a $25 charge.
★FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: $75 for every 30 minutes past check-out.
★FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 deodorization fee.
★FEES: Undeclared/Unauthorized guests $100 fine per guest.
★FEES: Party/Noise in the listing $250 fine.
★FEES: Unauthorized Pets will result in an additional $250 charge per pet.
★FEES: Tampering of any kind to the security systems, smoke detectors, noise monitoring device, exterior cameras or any other permanent electronic device in the effort to disable, damage, unplug or degrade the use of these systems will result in an immediate $250 charge.

★ Pets must be approved prior to booking. Dogs allowed. NO CATS, BIRDS, HAMSTERS, MICE, OR ANY OTHER PETS.
★ Pets must be added to the reservation and pet fee is requested after booking.
★ Pet fee must be paid prior to check in.
★ Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture at anytime during stay.
★ Pets must be current on their shots and flea and tick treatments.
★ Pets must be taken out to do their business and not go inside the home or patio. You MUST pick up after your pet. Disposable bags are provided on the back deck and must be discarded in the exterior trash on the side of the house.
★ Pet cannot mark indoors.
★ Pet cannot be washed or showered in tubs or sinks.
★ Pets cannot be left unattended.

★FEES: Pet fee is $25 per pet/per night.
★FEES: Unauthorized Pets will result in an additional $250 charge per pet on top of the pet fee.
★FEES: Pet urinating inside will result in a $100 floor disinfecting charge.
★FEES: Pet showered in tubs or sinks will result in a $200 charge.
★FEES: Pet hairs found on sheets or furniture will result in a $60 charge.
★FEES: Any evidence of flea or tick infestation will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.

★ In the event that this account is referred to a collection agency, guests agree to pay any collection fees incurred by (OwlStays Services LLC or OwlStays LLC) in addition but not limited to any attorneys fees or costs of collections.

Overall, it was okay. You get what you pay for, and this was one of the cheapest lodging options. My biggest complaint is that the apartment smelled of old cigarettes, which is an allergy trigger for me. If I would have had the means, I would have cancelled the stay and found another place immediately. Luckily I came prepared with abundant allergy meds. There was food left from the previous guest. No dish soap. And one of the in-wall heaters was too loud to use (it sounded like it was going to fly apart into pieces). The coffee table was literally falling apart, so we moved it out of the way. Some minor things (opportunities for improvement): It was not disclosed in the listing that it was on the 3rd floor. Which wasn't a problem for us, but certainly could be for many people. There was no coffee maker, only a kcup maker. There was no tea pot, and no mixing bowl. The range does not have a hood. Bring a white noise machine or something, as the neighborhood is loud. Positives - other than the food left behind, the unit was clean. There were no issues with the neighbors (it is a 3 story apartment building, with approximately 12+ units). The water pressure in the shower is INTENSE, which we loved, but some might find a bit much. The bed was fine. The host was pleasant when I did communicate.

The toilet was clogged and overflowed the heating was old school in wall in each room and needed shut off when your not there. The police were present every night due to the location.
