Timeline:

• Standard bookings → within 24 hours of reserving

• Same-day arrivals → within 1 hour

Late or incomplete verifications may result in cancellation.

Pet Fees:

• 1–4 nights → $25/night

• 5–29 nights → $200 flat

• 30+ nights → $300 flat
