Villa with pool and breathtaking sea and mountain views in a peaceful location

Casa Vostra is a mountainside villa with five air-conditioned double bedrooms, offering tranquillity and stunning views of both the sea and surrounding mountains. Bedding and indoor towels are included in the rental, and fast Wi-Fi and Smart TVs are provided in the house.

The villa is just a short drive up from Laroque-des-Albères, which sits above the Côte Vermeille in the foothills of the eastern Pyrenees. It’s a delightful village, with winding streets leading to a tower offering spectacular views of the Mediterranean coast, and it boasts an impressive range of cafés and restaurants. Above the village and just outside the villa, there is access to hiking trails in the beautiful Massif des Albères.

The villa features a charming private pool (open from June to September), set into a wooden sun deck, and guests also enjoy access to a larger communal pool and a hard-surface tennis court, both located nearby. While the tennis court is usually open year-round, the communal pool is typically available from mid-June to mid-September, depending on the weather.

On the main level of the villa, there are two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as a spacious kitchen and dining room, a living room with a large TV, and a large bathroom with two toilets, one with a separate entrance. On the upper floor, there are two more double bedrooms. On the lower level of the villa, there is a double bedroom with its own entrance and ensuite toilet, as well as a laundry room and a pleasant, covered terrace with a large dining table and a simple kitchen desk for outside electric grill cooking.

The Mediterranean Pyrenees region, with over 330 sunny days a year, offers numerous great excursion destinations and experiences. Picturesque Collioure, art chic Céret, and cosmopolitan Perpignan, as well as superb Mediterranean beaches, are all within half an hour's drive away.
