The property is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. Pool was clean and useable right at check-in. We came in July and I will say the pool was cold, so brace yourself. (The kids didn’t mind). All kayaks were in good condition and ready for use. Each house has its own kitchen and washer dryer set up. The bathrooms all have smart mirrors, which is nice for applying make up. Stove/oven in house A is a smart appliance. You can fish off the dock and there are big bass to be caught. There are a lot of stairs and no fencing around pool or dock. This is a great property but you will have to watch younger children closely as there are no safety fences. If you need to contact the host, they respond typically within the hour and we had no communication issues. Overall, I would say it is an 8 out of 10 and would stay here again.
