This House we broght alraedy many years ago, to use for our self.
Only in 2022, we renovated it completely to rent it out for Tourist
and Resorts Employees on Malapasqua.

この宿泊施設の特徴
Our House its a cute little retreat, with distance to the crowd and the Resorts
alog the Beach. We are located in the Sitio Pasil, a quiet place in the evening
with no Discos etc. and much accomodations.
Our Place are very private, with a beautiful Garden.
The place its surroundet with a high Cementwall, and by the Gate nobody can
see inside the Garden and House, just little bit of the way its visible.
The can be locked with key, also the House doors.
Also the Roofstyle of the house its special like a sloop.
The long overlapping roof cover the whole Terrace, and not comes weath by normal raining.
So all in all, we are proud to say our place its a well maintained familiar place to
stay for short or lon therm, like a own home.
