My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the cozy gray house! House was very clean and smelt amazing. Had toys and a high chair for the littles. We felt safe and comfortable. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again. Host was quick in responding and very attentive. Check in and out was smooth.

Very clean and nicely decorated. I was a little nervous about noise when I saw the train tracks at the end of the street, but the house is very well built and the train could not be heard at all in the house.

This is our second stay here. The home is impeccably clean, neat, and well stocked with the same necessities as home. It’s a cross between rural living; with sheep to the back of you and downtown just minutes away by car. Walmart is about 8 minutes away and convenient to drive to. The hostess is fabulous. Gets back to answer any of your questions and concerns immediately. We recommend this home to anyone staying in the Dalton Chattanooga area

My family and I had a great time on our trip. We loved the cozy and quiet feel of the property. My girls loved the basket of books and toys to play with. The beds were very surprisingly comfortable, the communication with the owner was very pleasant and she made sure we didn’t need anything throughout our stay.

Cozy Gray House is the perfect name for this home! Everything was perfect. Great coffee and sweets were waiting for us and was the perfect touch. We were in town for a family wedding and only 10 kin from the venue! Beautiful views everywhere you drive too! I have 18 month old twins and other small children, they all had a blast with the toys in the toy chest! Everything was very clean and nice. Beds were extremely comfortable! Water was clean, pressure was great and easy to use. We appreciate you and love your home and will be renting again in the future!

This was a lovely property, that was a perfect size for our family of five. A much better option than a hotel for our long drive from Florida to Ohio. It was spotless with treats and water bottles waiting for us. It may help to know that the property is 100 yards from a busy railway.
