Please note: Lahaina Shores Beach Resort survived the major fire in 2023. Since the fire, Lahaina Shores has undergone a full renovation inside and out, including the hallways and lobby. Each room has been cleaned and repainted, and all furnishings and linens have been sanitized to professional standards. The palm trees by the ocean survived, and the garden has been replanted. The harbor and Lahaina Town are being rebuilt, and a Royal Complex and visitor center are planned next door. See the future unfold before your eyes.
Lahaina Shores 527 is professionally managed by Quam Properties, offering 24/7 customer care to ensure your accommodations meet your every need. The condo will be supplied with a beach towel, a beach chair for each registered guest, and a cooler for your use during your stay. We also provide a one-time starter kit of essentials, including detergents, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, bath towel sets, and linens.
Cancellation Policy: **For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights): - Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges. - Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date. **For Longer Stays (30+ nights): - Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.

We are a family-owned and operated management company with over 30 years of experience in Hawaii. We have a full-service, dedicated, and friendly staff, with attention to detail are our primary concern.
Our services include Luxury Vacation Rentals and Concierge Service, Property Management, Association and Project Management, Long Term Rentals, and Real Estate Sales. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Hawaiian time.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 1. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in 2. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. 3. For a cancellation notice received more than 14 days before the check-in date, a refund will not be issued, other than the departure cleaning fee. 4. This loss can be avoided if Travel Protection Insurance was purchased, and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing. 5. Owner/Agent Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that the Property becomes unavailable for any part of the tenancy, Owner/Agent reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Such reasons may include, but will not be limited to, unforeseen repairs, service, maintenance, or any other reason the Owner/Agent deems necessary. Owner and/or Agent may cancel this Agreement and refund in full to the Guest all payments made. The agent will assist in procuring similar alternative accommodation should this situation arise. Guest agrees that any claims against Owner/Agent arising out of performance or non-performance under this agreement shall be limited to a full refund of all consideration previously tendered by Guest.
