Stains on the carpet, broken elevator where a guest was stuck on it and they had no idea until we told them, tv didn’t work and had to have maintenance up every day—sometimes twice a day to temporarily fix it, a/c unit did not work well and would go in and out which caused it to be hot in the room. Maintenance guy temporarily fixed that as well, for it to only go out again. The 2nd call, they basically told us we were out of luck. While we were there, they also double booked guest rooms and had to cancel on them at the last minute.

I book through 3 months prior to my visit through Vrbo. I arrive at the hotel around noon just to let them know I was I was in town and to confirm my reservation. I returned at 4:00 check in time I noticed the faces of the people at the counter seemed concerned when I was checking in. They were going through the process and wasn’t going to tell me that I wasn’t going to get the room I paid for. I questioned them and another employee stepped up and told mebecause I booked with a third party my room was doubled or overbooked. That the room they were giving me was what they had. It was a pretty much a take it or leave it situation. I got to the room and it was not going to accommodate our needs. I called the front desk and to be honest I was less than pleasant. By the end of the night I was “given” an additional room. However it was not the suite I wanted that kept my family together. The “given” room was worse than the original room. Never stay here again.
