Girls trip and we enjoyed it alot. Met some very nice people while we was there. That was my 5th time at Sugar Beach and I will be booking my 6th soon.

NOT A CLEAN PLACE

The overall cleanliness was very poor. I sent the owner photos and emails while our stay there. No response. I suggested they fire the cleaning staff because it was unacceptable. Stained bed sheets, mold in the shower, dusty fan blades, filth on the floors, black dirt on walls coming from the air ducts. I have photos on my phone but can't seem to upload them here, but I have them if needed. We had no choice but to stay our 4 days since we had already paid.

Needs work

Property is very outdated and in need of some repairs. Property also had not been fully cleaned. The location was excellent but I would not stay here again nor would I recommend this property to anyone.

Unfortunate housekeeping to start vacation

Overall was good. When we got to our condo, it hadn't been cleaned. We called the property manager & he did give us a small refund, but we spent the first night washing sheets, bedding & towels. The common areas of the condos was all clean kept

Not happy

I will give a big thumbs up to the host for letting us check in early that helped us a bunch on time however, the unit, building were very dated not clean, the host sent his house keeper to reclean but she complained the whole time and didn't really do any better than it was. Probably will not stay here again.

A great place to vacation

A great place to vacation with family and friends. I would like to see the furniture and dishes replaced with newer ones, so it would be a pleasure to use

Close to beach!

Close to beach and property pools. Enjoyable stay! Better shower heads and fixing master bedroom fans are only suggestions.

Great family time.

Overall we had a great time in a great place. We felt safe and had all that we needed. The beach was only steps away and the 3 pools and kiddie pool were all wonderful. We were only one floor up so it was nice to not have to use elevators. We could use the quick stairway. There were many carts available to help move items in and out of condo. The condo was comfortable and cozy and we enjoyed our beach family time. Very close to restaurants and we were able to play all day and eat out each night. I loved the dishwasher and washer and dryer. Made our stay so nice. The owners were easy to contact and wonderful. The only downside to the stay was that a little more attention to cleanliness could be done. More specifically to the shower curtains and the kitchen drawers.

Great location, cleanliness issues

When we first got there, there was no room number on our original email. So I had to call people from home that had stayed there three years previously to get room number. The condo was adequate, we were not expecting fancy but we were expecting clean as our friends that had stayed there previously said it was spotless. The floors were filthy, there was mold along tub, on shower curtain , in the stoppers to tub. I had previously stated we had three towels for five people, but there was an additional towel hanging off back of bedroom door, but the washer was broken so we could not clean our towels. Some of the dishes were dirty, the ironing board in closet was totally rusted. The closet rack fell out of wall onto one of the girls, scraped her arm bad enuf that she had to go to dr and get a tetanus shot when we got home. Only four chairs on patio. I called VRBO at least three times, they asked for pictures which I sent, then VRBO said to work it out with owner and gave me her personal phone number. On the day we got there, before we even got into unit, I tried called the man we booked thru. I called two or three more times but just got a voicemail that said his mailbox was full so couldn’t leave message. If the daughter of this man checks his phone she will see the missed calls. I did communicate with the daughter who said she would send cleaners, who said they went to condo but didn’t go in because no one answered door. Extremely disappointed with cleanliness and communicat.
