This vacation apartment offers a complete, comfortable, and functional stay, perfect for those seeking practicality without giving up on modern conveniences. The living room features air conditioning and a 50" Smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The fully equipped kitchen includes a water purifier, refrigerator, blender, sandwich maker, air fryer, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, and stainless steel moka pot. It also comes with a baking dish, assorted kitchen utensils, pasta strainer, sieve, coffee filter funnel, wine opener, and can opener.

The balcony provides a pleasant outdoor space, equipped with an electric grill, beer fridge, and a table with chairs. The laundry area includes a bucket, clothesline with clothespins, broom, squeegee, and dustpan.

The master suite features air conditioning, a 44" Smart TV, blackout curtains, a compact ironing board, and an iron. The condominium offers a restaurant located within the premises, providing a variety of dining options for your convenience. However, it is important to note that the restaurant's operating hours may vary, and therefore, we cannot guarantee its opening every day. There is also an automatic mini-market available for use.

The pool typically closes on Mondays for maintenance but may also be closed by the condominium administration on other days of the week for maintenance purposes.
