Fall Break @ the Magnolia

Fantastic stay for a week at the Magnolia, where everything exceeded our expectations! The location was ideal, as we could see and hear the ocean from the kitchen/dining room/back porch, while having the privacy of being tucked away on the end unit behind the magnolia tree. Everything inside was neatly organized and clearly labeled, especially in the kitchen. The provided kitchenware and accessories were plentiful and good quality. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and our teenage daughter especially loved the upstairs bedroom/bathroom! The only caution I would give anyone is to ensure that you’re comfortable going up & down the spiral stairs from the bedrooms to the living room and kitchen areas. Recommend 100% and we would definitely book again!

The condo is beautifully updated and roomy for 8 adults. It has a wonderfully stocked kitchen and private gas grill. The king and queen beds have good mattresses. (The twin beds are lower grade and it would be nice for adults if they were twinXL with upgraded mattress). The general location is mid island which makes it easy access to shopping and entertainment. The location within Palmetto Dunes is easily walkable to beach right in front of the Dunes house. This provides easy access to public restrooms that are even closer than the condo. It is also a short walk to the Tennis, Pickleball. and Golf venues. One caveat is that it is three stories with 2 spiral staircases which could be a struggle for anyone with mobility issues or small children. There are three included parking spaces but they are not marked clearly enough and people from nearby Moorings keep taking spots. Management could resolve this frustration. Overall I would highly recommend for your stay.

Best Stocked Kitchen & Felt Like Home

This place was amazing and so nice for our family of 6. 3 teenage girls and grandma came with my Husband and myself! The place was was comfy and felt like home! Location is spot on to the beach, so you're not exhausted walking to the beach --very close. Thank you for opening up your home and sharing it with us--so hard to find a place that doesn't have a "rental feel" and comfortable! The only comment is the dryer is a bit squeaky when running--might need some WD40;) Will be back again! Thanks- The Ellers, From Nashville, TN

Great Rental!

This place looked amazing when I looked through the pictures. But it was so much better than I even expected. The house is beautifully decorated. Everything is new, fresh, clean, and very well stocked. It’s a beautiful place to be located so close to the beach and close to being able to just walk and pick up the bikes that we rented. We will definitely be coming back!

What a Gem!

Second time we stayed here, perfect location to beach, pool, tennis/pickle ball courts and walking trails. Dunes restaurant is steps away. This accommodation is extremely spacious and comfortable.

Golf and friends get a way

Five days of relaxation, golf, beach and pool, while staying in this beautiful, very accommodating, clean, spectacular villa in Palmetto Dunes. My husband and I have been vacationing at HHI for 37 years, and this villa ranks at the top for rentals. The owners were in contact with us before and during our trip. Everything was a breeze for us. An added bonus was the magnolia tree, visible from the balcony, bloomed while we were there!

Beautiful, abundantly-stocked retreat near the beach

My family of four, which includes two teens, found the perfect vacation home at The Magnilia. We love staying in Palmetto Dunes and this townhome sure beats some of the condos we’ve rented. With multiple floors and plenty of space for everyone to find their peace, but an incredible main floor space for us all to gather together (complete with games, puzzles, and a well appointed kitchen), we had an incredible stay. The beach is a 2-minute walk away, as well as the General Store, the Racquet Club, and HH Outfitters. The pool had not yet opened for the season, but it is just outside the door from the unit. Climate control was easy and controlled individually in the rooms, which is nice. With bug patio doors in two separate f the bedrooms and in the main living area, you can enjoy fresh air during a week like we had, with temps in the 60s and low humidity. There are lots of host-provided supplies, which is great, like dishwasher and laundry pods, bath towels, basic toiletries, etc. it was like being hosted by a friend. But the BEST part? The art and decor. Everywhere you look, there is original artwork that is tasteful, locally inspired, and just lovely. Thank you for sharing your home with us— we hope to return!

Happy Thanksgiving from HHI!

This condo is immaculate and well equipped. We brought all the fixings for a great Thanksgiving meal and the Magnolia was well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our dinner, sleep comfortably, and a short walk to the beach.

More than we expected

We had an amazing stay. The pics don’t do it justice. We were blown away by how spacious and comfortable the villa was. My daughter and son had their own individual spaces and there was plenty of space for us to spread out and enjoy a lazy day during one of our rained out beach days. The bedrooms with their en-suite bathrooms were comfortable, inviting, and well appointed. The kitchen was more than “well stocked”. If they didn’t have it, we didn’t need it. It was truly home away from home. This is our 3rd time to HHI and we can’t wait to book this villa again! If you book this villa, you will not be disappointed!

Family vacation

We had such an amazing stay ! The location was perfect , seconds to the beach and walkable to restaurants and the local marketplace. The house was very clean and had everything you needed, especially the kitchen ! We would absolutely stay here again !
