Welcome to Site 2 at The Cove at Dick Branch — a spacious, full-hookup RV site with all the essentials for a comfortable and scenic mountain getaway.

This pull-through site features:
➖ 50-amp electrical service
➖ Water and sewer hookup
➖ Campfire ring/pit perfect for cozy evenings under the stars
➖ Level, loose gravel surface that’s easy to park on and maneuver around

Site 2 is ideal for RVs and campers under 40 feet, including:
➖ Travel trailers
➖ Fifth wheels
➖ Toy haulers
➖ Pop-up campers
➖ Class A, B, and C RVs
➖ Campervans and vehicles

Pet-friendly, smoking allowed (please clean up), and designed for peaceful enjoyment — we ask all campers to be respectful of others.

Please Note:
➖ Vehicles/campers over 40 feet are not permitted.
➖ All waste must be disposed of properly.
➖ Quiet hours and campground guidelines apply.

Whether you’re here to explore the nearby trails, enjoy a campfire with your pup, or simply relax in a serene setting, Site 2 offers comfort, convenience, and the mountain charm The Cove is known for.

Please note: The owner’s private home is located on the property but is not open or available for guest use. We ask that you respect this private area and stay within the designated campground and trail spaces during your visit.

Unplug & Unwind:
There is no cell service at The Cove — the perfect chance to disconnect from screens and reconnect with nature.

✦ Getting There – Road & Access Info ✦
The Cove is a mountainside campground with a steep, gravel access road. For safety:
➖ 4WD is recommended
➖ Good trailer brakes are essential for large trailers
➖ 4WD is needed if towing a large trailer
➖ 2WD is fine for smaller vehicles not towing
Please plan accordingly to ensure a smooth arrival and departure.

This unique mountainside campground is one of the many properties we manage throughout the region, where we specialize in both vacation rentals and rustic outdoor experiences. Whether you’re staying in a cabin or camping under the stars, we aim to provide clean, well-maintained spaces, safe surroundings, and prompt, friendly communication.

Graham Property Management is owned by John and Allison, who live locally and know the area well. John holds a degree in Business Management and brings deep experience in operations and home improvement. Allison is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker with a background in property management and real estate marketing. Together, they operate a fully licensed NC real estate firm and personally oversee each property to ensure it's guest-ready and well cared for.

We love helping guests discover the beauty of the mountains- whether that means enjoying the peaceful views from your campsite, exploring the nearby trails and creeks, or just relaxing by the fire. If you have questions or need anything during your stay, we’re here to help.

✦ 4WD is recommended if towing a trailer, due to the steep gravel access road. Vehicles not towing can typically access the site with 2WD.

✦ Horse pasture is available upon request, making this a great destination for trail riders and equestrian travelers. A negative Coggins test is required.
