The Space
This comfortable two-story home is designed with space for everyone. The open-concept living area is warm and welcoming, featuring large windows that frame stunning mountain views, cozy seating for gatherings, and a dining area for sharing meals together. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from hearty breakfasts to home-cooked dinners after a day outdoors.

Earlier in the day communicated we would might arrive after 9pm. They sent text to check in but there is minimal cell serv in the park that was undoable..We were told the office would be open til 9pm..we made it in 8:30 pm office already closed to find a very vague note to descibe which unit was ours .. the note left no unit #¿ it was pitch black no lighting at all..kinda dangerous . The note said door would be unlocked all units not in use were unlocked. We did manage to find unit similar and worked out fine. The picture of property from outside was misrepresented did not show row of very old cabins completely lined all the way in front of our unit the view was of the back of these . Ty

We were very surprised by this review because these guests never actually stayed in The Ridge, the property this review is posted under. The guests advised us they might arrive late, so we provided detailed contactless check-in instructions. Those instructions directed them to our separate Triplex property via Harris Street, identified their accommodation as The Ridge, stated that it was the middle unit, and explained that a sign beside the door reads “The Ridge.” The instructions also advised that, if they had any difficulty after the office closed, information for obtaining immediate 24/7 assistance was posted on the lodge door. Unfortunately, the guests instead entered Cabin #5, a completely different rental located in another area of our property. The Ridge and Cabin #5 are not located near one another and have entirely different directions. We discovered the mistake the following day when our housekeepers found their belongings in Cabin #5, which was scheduled for another arriving guest. We immediately tried to contact the guests by phone and text and also placed a written notice directly on the door of Cabin #5 asking them to come to the office. We received no response. Rather than move their belongings without permission, we upgraded the incoming guests to The Ridge and allowed this party to remain undisturbed in Cabin #5 for their second night. They departed the following morning without ever contacting us. Most importantly, the comments in this review regarding

For future guests, we provide a complete set of kitchen supplies in this unit, including serving for 8, serving spoons, large utensils, can openers, barbecue utensils, and any other items you would need in your own home. That said, we understand that every guest has different preferences, and we’ll certainly review what’s stocked to see if there’s anything additional that could make the kitchen even more convenient.

This place completely exceeded our expectations. The host was absolutely amazing. The amenities were amazing. Everything we needed in the kitchen to cook steaks and make meals for 8 people with no issues. We had family staying at other locations in Cooke City and by far we had the best visit, service and just an amazing 5 days of vacationing. I can’t thank our host enough and highly recommend you staying here.
