Super nice space and close to everything area

We stayed here and the house was very nice with lots of room. Mr. Gerardo was absolutely great! We stayed on rental properties very often and this was one of the ones we would go back.

Beautiful Home in El Salvador

The property was beautiful. Spacious open design and comfortable furniture. Bedrooms were good size and the beds very comfortable. On-site garage with garage door opener was great, nice to be able to park the gate in a protected environment in the event of rain. I would definitely book it again!

Awesome Property

The property was in a great area in San Salvador. It was easy to get to and had a lot of space to entertain guests. The AC units worked great as well! There was an issue with the dryer and the owner corrected it in timely manner. We had a great time and would definitely go back on our next trip!

Excellent house and Excellent Location

The house is nice and spacious. The kitchen is big and the bedrooms are a good size too. The location is excellent and you have a really nice view of the volcano. Communication with the host is very good. The house is clean and well illuminated. Garage opener is a plus.The only improvement: All bedrooms have AC but not the kitchen/living room area.. and AC is needed throughout the entire house.

My vacation at El Salvador :

It was an awesome experience. The house was very roomy with all the basic needs. The kids love the fact the house had fire stick. They were able to enjoy Disney channel although these guys are no longer little kids. No hustles, No gimmicks. The owner was very quick to answer questions. He was extremely nice and courteous. .

Property is deceiving.....very disappointed 😞 Our Stay was from July 30 through August 13, 2021.

Poor communication with property owner from the beginning. We arrived at the property July 30 and left August 13, 2021. No instructions were send prior our trip as to the expectations until we arrived at the property. There were two ladies waiting for us that showed the instructions on the living room table, walked around the house and were told the air conditioner did not work in the living room, kitchen or dinning room but we could keep the doors and windows open for air which is useless in a hot climate. The AC that does not work in the living room, kitchen or dinning room leaks all day in the laundry room. As you may or may not know the weather in El Salvador is always very hot and humid, we were not happy at all. The AC in the bedroom next to the bathroom leaks inside the bedroom. We had to collect the water in a basin all the time. There is a foul / sewer smell coming up from the kitchen sink and from one of the bathrooms which was very annoying the whole time, we had to keep the bathroom door closed. The house is also infested with termites in the kitchen and the bedrooms next to the kitchen, there was always termite residue on top of the bed and on the kitchen counter. We had to sweep off the termite residue in the kitchen daily. Also it would of been nice if the owner writes in the description that the renter must provide their own house supplies such as but not limited to: bathroom tissues, tissue box, paper towels, napkins, kitchen spices, cooking oil and bring more bath towels as there were only one per person. Also, we had to purchase a fan to circulate the air and buy bed pillows because the ones provided should be thrown out. They were as flat as a pancake and only one per person. The description days it sleeps nine however, there were not enough beds and only enough utensils and dishes for six people, good thing we were only five. The couches and sofa need to be cleaned, they are extremely dirty and stained all over. I tried contacting the owner about these issues and there was no response at all. We were so disappointed in this rental specially because we booked it for the availability of the AC through out the house. We would no not recommend staying at this property unless the owner gives 100% assurance that all these issues have been taken care of. Had we had more time we would of cancel our stay and looked for another one. Hope you think about all this before booking this property so you won't be disappointed.

Just enough

Definitely not worth the price the house itself it’s ok but if you really want to feel at home you can’t stay here but if you can get past the feeling like someone it’s watching over your shoulders then it’s ok , was not allowed to use the AC in the living room which was a bummer traveling from boston my stay there was just hell .would not rent this property again .

Tube problemas para encontrar la casa creo que es 141-150 y aparece 14-150 por eso no la encontraba en el GPS. Y el numero que aparece de telefono es de USA lo que dificulto contactarse con el dueño cuando no encontraba la casa por lo demas todo bien gracias.

Loved this House

If you would like to stay at a place that feels like home this is the place. I decided to rent this house with my friend and my baby. We needed the space so my baby could be free in the house and not be limited to space. Home is like if your living in the US. The property is very well secured. We felt very comfortable staying at a home. Gerardo was very accommodating with the dates that I had requested. His sister was very nice and helpful with our stay. Property is near by everything. You can catch an Uber and go explore the city with no problem. I would definatley recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a place to stay.

Excellent Location!

Couldn’t have made a better choice. House is in a central location to everywhere we wanted to go. Uber rides from house to anywhere in town are super cheap! The ride from the airport was $23. The house is in great condition and had everything we needed. I’ll definitely keep an eye out for it next time I return. I recommend 100%!

Fantastic spacious modern home !

Staying at Gerardo's house was so pleasant experience, everything was so clean, in perfect condition, all the details of the house of good taste, the kitchen well equipped. My Family felt so at home and at the end of a long day of sight seeing or visiting with family being able to have alone time to rest in the comfortable 4 bedroom house with all the modern accomadations. The spacious 3 full baths made it convenient for everyone to get ready every day for our full days ahead. The large living room area and 2nd sitting area made it great for family time together or alone time with a good book and a view to their patio fountain. The indoor garage and high tech security made us feel not only at home but also safe . We highly recommend this home to anyone visiting who wants to enjoy a large , beautiful , secure , modern home in a great neighborhood.
