Experience the charm of downtown Chatham from this cozy rental! You'll be just a short walk from Oyster Pond, perfect for a relaxing day in the sun. Forget about driving and enjoy strolling into town for shopping, dining, movies, ice cream, or a Chatham Anglers game. This one-floor unit, attached to the back of the main house with its own private entrance, features a full kitchen and a combined living and dining area, bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom. Enjoy the outdoors with a private deck and patio area, complete with a gas grill. The full-sized sofa bed offers additional sleeping space. Stay cool with a window A/C unit and connected with Wi-Fi. Entertainment is provided via a flat-screen TV with Apple TV (please inquire with an agent before booking if you are unfamiliar with Apple TV). As a bonus, the owner provides a reusable tote with starter cleaning and paper products. Parking is available for one car in the shared driveway.
