Was here for soccer tournament so was in and out a lot but was perfect spot for us and dogs and to get some out work done in between. Owners were very nice and welcoming and very helpful and communicated well! Would def stay again if in area!

Super clean and well equipped two bedroom house!Host was very communicative and accurate with information, directions, listing etc. Lovely outdoor area that is shaded with a gas grill and steel fire pit the host left games and cards, we enjoyed playing battleship for the first time in years!It’s on a working farm with all that comes with that - the cottage is up out the way, the stars at night are stunning and even though rural it’s still only 15 mins to Costco, Trader Joe’s and even Walmart delivers !! I’d highly recommend this spot and we spent two years traveling across Oregon staying at over a hundred vrbo’s and competitors with similar price points - this place is up there with some of the best ones we stayed at. Pet friendly and no hidden fees or gotchas with a crazy lists of chores like you sometimes get. If you need to stay in the Medford area you’d struggle to find better.
