Sleeps up to 4 – Queen bed in the bedroom + air mattress
Work-Ready – Motorized sit/stand desk with plenty of workspace
Entertainment – 65” smart TV and cozy seating for movie nights
Full Kitchen – Modern appliances, including dishwasher
Laundry – Full washer & dryer for your convenience
Parking – Private off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles
Great Location – <1 mile from Costco, Walmart, dozens of restaurants and freeway access; 10-15 min to Thanksgiving Point; 10 min to American Fork Canyon for hiking and exploring
Private side entrance makes coming and going easy. Whether you’re in town for business or just looking to enjoy the area, this apartment offers the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and style. Please keep in mind this is a basement apartment and though we did implement soundproofing during construction, it is not completely sound proof. It is better than most basement apartments, but not perfect.
