The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third has two twins, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. Guests also enjoy access to shared amenities including a year-round hot tub, on-site laundry, and free parking for one vehicle. You will also have access to a washer and dryer that is included inside the home for added convenience. You will have ski locker access that is available exclusively to this unit and is located in the parking garage. With its blend of convenience, comfort, and mountain charm, this home provides an authentic Telluride experience.

Age Restriction: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

Pets: Sorry, no pets are permitted.

There is no AC in this home. Most Telluride homes do not have AC. This home does provide two portable AC units if needed for your comfort.

Weather: While we want you to have the best experience possible, please understand that weather conditions and resort availability are outside our control. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for weather-related issues or resort closures.

Parking: Free parking for one vehicle (covered); additional parking is very limited nearby.

Shared Amenities: The hot tub and laundry facilities are shared with other building residents.

Unique Layout: The primary suite includes both a king and a double bed—an uncommon but convenient setup for families with children.

Access: Located on the west end of town, just a short walk to lifts, gondola, shops, and dining.

Permit: Licensed short-term rental with Telluride Permit #443.

Seasonal Note: During Spring and Fall off-seasons, the Gondola will be closed during this time and some local restaurants and shops may close temporarily—but this also means quieter streets, open trails, and the best rates of the year.
