Bedroom 1 feature a King Bed, Bedroom 2 Queen, and Bedroom 3- 2-twin beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. You will enjoy the full Kitchen with all your needs, dishes, cups, silverware, pots, pans, rice cooker, blender. Washer/Dryer in unit all linens and beach towels, its all hear for you. We loved our stay at the condo. We had a great view of the ocean and the walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. The owners were super responsive to any questions I had prior to my stay.

Amazing location, very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping areas. The space was perfect for our family and the included parking spot was convenient for our rental car. Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas are available in the unit. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and watching the surfers. Would stay again on our next visit!

The condo was in a great location with very nice views of Waikiki beach and surfers. We loved grabbing coffee from the cute trailer vendor just outside the condo on our way to the beach for a morning stroll. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants and the beach. Target was close by to get groceries as well. The condo was a great fit for our family of six and we really appreciated the stocked beach gear. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Good location with great view. Hosts were very accommodating. Check in was easy. Beach , food trucks and many restaurants are within walking distance. Condo was clean and had everything we needed.

This 3-bedroom unit was fantastic overall for our family. It was conveniently located near Waikiki Beach as well as many different restaurants and shops. Being able to do laundry in the unit and having a pool on the property were added bonuses. We would happily stay here again!

It's not a two bathroom unit, it's two one-half bathrooms. Location is great, and partially justifies the extremely high cost, but travelers should be prepared for a line at the shower coming back from the beach. The unit is otherwise okay.

Please read all our other guest reviews and make your decision from those, not this inaccurate one. The description does not say the unit has two bathrooms. The photo's also clearly show that as well. Other guest with 6 people found no issues. Not sure about the "High Cost" comment. 3 bedrooms in Waikiki with Parking Included at no additional cost.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! Right in the heart of Waikiki! This is a must if you’re staying in Honalulu! Richard and Monica have everything in this place to feel at home away from home. Beautiful view and so many places around it to go for dining, entertainment or the beach. It’s literally in the best spot in Waikiki!!

This condo is amazing! The view is spectacular, and the location is so convenient to the beach and all the Waikiki amenities. Having a parking space was fabulous. The host's check in instructions were spot on and easy to follow. The condo was clean and the kitchen well stocked. Plenty of room for us. We hope to stay there again!

The location was great. Only 2 blocks from the beach. The host was very responsive and gave excellent instructions except for the TV. The kitchen was well stocked. The only suggestion would be to provide extra paper towels and kitchen trash bags. We probable eat in the room more than most people.

The perfect place for 4 adults and a young kid. 3 bedrooms in Waikiki with a view with parking with laundry … so perfect! The view was amazing where you can see the surf break right in front of the Duke statue. It’s just a few blocks from the beach. There’s so many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. The apartment was so clean, probably one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in which is tough on any island in Hawaii (we’ve had cockroach problems in many other places Oahu on many other islands). The building was very nice, had a security guard and it was quiet! Couldn’t hear the hustle and bustle of nightlife in Waikiki at all! They provided beach umbrellas, towels (only 2), a boogie board and beach chairs. They also had coolers and snorkel gear which we didn’t use. The instructions were very clear and host was responsive. I’d definitely stay here again!

What a find! We were a family of 6 visiting for the first time. The location was fantastic for everything we did. Short drive to univ of Hawaii, easy walk to beach, great food trucks and shopping within minutes and of course the beach! Owner was flexible on checkout and responsive to all messages. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

The location was better than expected, there are a lot of great things to do within a short walk. The unit itself was great. It was clean and spacious. The beds were fine, the furniture was all in good shape. The view was excellent, really enjoyed sitting out on the balconies. Parking is free and secure, but the spot was tight and right up against a pillar. Keep that in mind when choosing a rental vehicle, it could be difficult to park a large SUV.

The view was as described, and overall, the condo was good. The oven did not work. I contacted the owner on the first day with the part numbers needed to repair it. Nothing was down about it. We had planned on cooking to reduce the costs, but not having an oven cost us at least an extra 500.00 since we had to eat out every night.

The stove top and burners worked however the oven did not work. We were unaware of this since no one has used the stove or mentioned it was not working. We appreciate John providing us with the part number but unfortunately we were unable to have it addressed during his visit. We cant really be sure that only the part is the problem so are replacing it. The new one will be installed within two weeks.

A diamond in the rough for our family. Parking included and washer/dryer in unit were a big deal for us. Our kids are at mixed swimming levels, so the proximity to Kuhio’s lagoon and Waikiki’s gentle kind waves are perfect for us.The unit was very clean throughout. The shower/sink toilet/sink set up helped for our five-person family. There are some beach supplies, like umbrellas, boogie boards, and coolers, which was really nice to have.Tips: Target is walkable for staple items, but Walmart is the cheapest we found for everything. We went to Don Quijote a few times for Japanese everything. Notes: The parking spot is tight. We made a Pacifica minivan work in it, but it takes finesse. The shallow end of the pool is 3’.We would truly certainly recommend and would stay in this unit again! We had a great stay.

Great stay. The condo is spacious, close to a nice beach, with pretty spectacular views day and night, and near lots of shopping and restaurants at all price levels, It’s well-equipped, including lots of useful beach gear. Parking’s a major plus, as are the fast elevators, and in-condo laundry. Pool’s nice, though water’s a little chilly. Owner Richard responded quickly and effectively to questions. Three-bedroom rentals appear to be a rarity in Hawaii, especially Waikiki. It was much nicer to have everyone in our group together, instead of in separate hotel rooms without kitchen facilities. The room with toilet and sink is separate from the room with big shower and sink, and that layout worked very smoothly for 4 adults and 2 kids. This condo’s a block from the Hyatt Regency, and three rooms there would’ve cost over 1000 a night.I highly recommend this condo.

Notre séjour à ce logement a été agréable, en plein cœur de Waikiki, à 4 minutes de la plage. Dans un périmètre de 10 minutes, nous avions accès à plusieurs restaurants, cafés, un Target pour l’épicerie ou le Waikiki Market. D’avoir accès à un stationnement a été un avantage, nous avions un Honda Pilot pour notre séjour et il était limite pour l’espace. Heureusement que le voisin n’était pas présent durant notre séjour.Les lits et oreillers sont confortables, les commodités sont tous présent dont une cafetière Keurig. La douche est très grande avec deux pommes de douche. Le logement est bien insonorisé, nous n’avons jamais entendu aucun voisin. Seulement les bruits de la ville par les fenêtres, sirène et klaxon. La vue du balcon est magnifique, le logement est au 19e étage.Nous avions accès à 2 chaises, 2 glacières de plage et quelques parasols, mais les parasols présents ont eu la vie dure sur le bord de la plage avec les vents. Nous avons acheté un nouveau parasol ainsi que deux chaises un peu plus confortable. Pour les futurs voyageurs, voici quelques adresses et événements à retenir: feu d’artifices le vendredi soir, un spectacle le samedi soir à 18h30 à la plage. Adresse à retenir proche: Hala Tree Cafe, Lulu’s Waikiki, Allegrini Italian, Luigi’s pizza, Il y a de nombreux ABC store proche de la maison qui est un dépanneur avec plusieurs choses amusantes.

We had a wonderful time and stay at Waikiki Beach. The condo was in a perfect location. Just walk out the building in the morning and cross the street to get a coffee. Later you can get one of the best Poke bowls or Korean barbeque by walking a few steps further. Then walk to the beach. The condo is in a good location for public transportation too. We took the bus to the Punch Bowl, Diamond Head and even back to the HNL airport. The building is very secure and the view from the apartment is really nice. You can sit on your balcony and watch the surfers in the morning or evening. There is a nice pool, but we didn't even have time to use that as we loved the beach so much. It was a comfortable stay for 5 adults aged 24-60 something. There is only one shower, but it is nice that the toilet and second sink were in a separate room. It worked well for us. The hosts were accommodating and responsive. We loved our stay here!
