Amazing stay!!! The location is great and the view is magnificent. It was everything I was looking for in a stay. I had no issues with Wifi, TV not working, etc... Adriana was fabulous with the communication, however, Mrs. Leydi was the one that stood out. She met me there and made sure that everything ok. I highly recommend this stay and I will definitely stay here in the future.

The hot water was turned off. For the first 3 days I was just under the assumption this is normal. I finally found where the water heater was one day while doing laundry. The master bathroom never got hot water though. The property manager only spoke Spanish along with the people at the front desk. Overall experience was great and I would stay here again.

The property is in the heart of tourist land. The location lends itself to a mostly tourist hospitality and bombardment of sales people. We had an issue that cost us a day of our vacation with a door malfunction that took two days to finally correct. The host did not always respond with getting one one to help probably because it took three different people to fix the door so it could lock. It was finally resolved but we were nervous about leaving and pretty much had to keep someone there to watch or wait for the repair man to fix it. This is my first time dealing with an issue like this before but it was highly frustrating.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m sorry this situation affected part of your vacation. The technicians confirmed that the damage occurred because the door had been left improperly closed for an extended period of time or was slammed too hard, which caused the mechanism to jam and required multiple interventions. We acted as soon as we received the information, but the lady who manages the property waited about four hours trying to reach you to authorize the locksmith. Your response arrived later, outside the technician’s working hours, so the repair had to be completed the following day.I appreciate your patience, and I’m glad the door is now functioning properly. The owners made sure I knew that if there was anything I needed to let them know. The location was excellent with incredible views, especially from the penthouse pool. The apartment manager is available to help with shopping or anything else we needed. She's also an excellent cook! The sunsets were spectacular to watch sitting on the balcony.
