2 Bedroom apartment with beautiful sea view. Right across the swimming beach. Safe secure parking.
Apartment has everything needed for great stay Washing machine, and newly installed tumble dryer. Suitable for family of 4. or also someone coming for business where we have full wifi access. There is also a putt putt area close by as well as supertube and play area for kids.
Strand golf club is 2 min away. And Somerset mall also few minutes away for great shopping experience.

WR SUPPLy R300 PREPAID ELECTRICITY TO START WITH.
Cleaning available on request at extra cost.
Other things to note
At the moment elevators dont work during loadshedding. other than that it works except if there is a problem then it gets fixed asap as there is a alot of people that rely on lift.
