Sleep comfortably in four spacious bedrooms, and sleep an extra two on the sectional located in the theater. This home is designed for making memories—you’re going to love every moment. - Personal Movie Theater - Pool Table - Ping Pong Table - Large Wraparound Porch - Large Kitchen, Living, and Dinning Room - Tons of Outdoor Games - Board Games - Outdoor Fire Pit - Fully Equipped Kitchen - Large Front Yard - And plenty of Room for the Family The home comfortably sleeps 10: Main Floor: - King Bedroom with Attached Full Bathroom - Full Kitchen, Dining, and Living Room - Additional Half Bath - Laundry Room - Large Front Wraparound Porch - Smaller back porch with Table and Grill Second floor: - One Full Bathroom - Three Queen Bedrooms - Private Movie Theater with Surround Sound System - Sectional in Theater Room can double as a Bed Basement: - Game Room - Garage Doors that Open to Fire Pit Area - Second Grill This getaway is also close to some of our favorite spots: - Downtown Dahlonega - 8min - 52 West Brewing - 3min - Montaluce Winery - 6min - Amicalola Falls - 15min - Helen - 45min - Blue Ridge - 55min - Juliette Chapel - 3min - Walmart - 12min - Dollar General - 3min You will pull into a shared driveway that splits off between your home and the neighbors. Your place will be the home on the right side. There is a lot of parking space, but if you need more, there is a second gravel drive on the basement garage side. From there, you will first need to access the home from the side door where the smart lock is which is right in-front of the main parking area. . Absolutely NO parties or smoking are allowed on premises. Smoking will incur a $250.00 fee PETS: Pets are not allowed and any pets will incur a $250.00 fee per pet. Service animals are allowed and must be trained to perform a task/service for the responsible owner. Please notify us if you will be bringing a service animal so we can add them to your reservation. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house had an open floor plan with plenty of room to accommodate two families. All rooms were clean and spacious. Loved having the racks in the closet to organize luggage/items. And the host was extremely responsive when booking. Our ONLY suggestion would be to have blankets in the theatre room. Our kids LOVED hanging out in there, but had we had very limited options to cover them up when they fell asleep. We would absolutely recommend this house to others!
