This home is perfect because of the amenities and location. Our property is within walking distance to three wineries (our next door neighbour is Township 7), two restaurants and a brewery. We are a four minute drive to downtown and a two minute drive to 3 Mile Beach. There is a peach orchard to the south, cherry and apple orchards to the west and Campbell Mountain hiking trails to the east. We are surrounded by abundance and beauty! 

There is locked storage for your bikes, plenty of parking, a fire pit and a detached yoga and fitness studio. And we also have a brand new pickleball court!   

Clean and bright rooms, covered deck, gorgeous views, refreshing pool, property backs onto green space. We visit each day to maintain the pool and the watering. We think you will love it here!

Beautiful Benchview!!!

Our stay at this property was nothing but amazing. From the kitchen to the bedrooms to the outdoor space, it is all so well equipped and gorgeous. We spent many hours in & lounging poolside along with some fun pickleball games in their court. The amount of deck & seating spaces are wonderful for taking in the views. We were so lucky to watch Canada Day fireworks right from the backyard! Thank you, K & A, you are wonderful hosts. The Forsyth & Henry Families.

Sun, relax and sip wine

This was a great place to stay. Stunning house with great views and close to all amenities and wineries. The host was so accommodating with easy check in and fun tips for sightseeing. Lots of privacy with a great swimming pool, bbq and multiple outdoor seating and eating areas. We had a fabulous stay, will be coming back again!

Fantastic Vacation

Stayed for a week and truly enjoyed our stay. Beds were extremely comfortable and home very spacious and clean. Beautiful sunsets could be seen from the large deck and lots of fun around the pool. The host was very easy to get a hold of and answered any of our questions quickly. Great location if you want some peace and quiet but close enough to lakes and shopping. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Amazing stay in Penticton

This property surpassed all expectations! An amazing location mere minutes from town - peace and tranquility on the property overlooking orchards and the lake. Sunsets on the deck every evening - Large family gatherings by the pool.... Brilliant!
