Unwind in this fabulous studio apartment tucked behind our home on 1.5 acres in Southwest Austin. This newly remodeled casita provides seclusion and independence in a relaxing natural setting, all just 20 minutes from downtown Austin. It's also a wonderful location if you want to enjoy points west in the Texas hill country.

Austin is live music heaven! As you can see in the photos, this space doubles as a music rehearsal studio and is equipped with sound equipment and instruments. If you would like to enjoy using the instruments during your stay, let us know. If you would like to use it as rehearsal space, this can be arranged upon request for a nominal fee.

This apartment has an awesome well-appointed full kitchen, stylish bath with walk-in shower, and comfortably sleeps 4 guests on a Murphy bed and comfy queen sofa sleeper sofa. Desk area, Wifi, AC, and tons of parking (even for a modest RV). Friendly dogs are welcome (2 up to 50 pounds - we will ask for breed/size info at booking). Badminton, Bocce, or Horseshoes, anyone? Enjoy yard games and sunset views from your private deck. We look forward to hosting you for a relaxing getaway.
