I didn’t realize this was a basement apartment. Maybe it was listed as such and I missed it. This place was on a quiet street and a nice location. The parking wasn’t great, but we worked it out.

This was a great place to stay for our 1 night passing through the area. We could make our own food, stay in separate rooms, take a walk in a family-friendly neighborhood, and enjoy a hot tub. Way better than a hotel, and for less money!
