You will enjoy this spacious one level home which features 1 king and 2 queen bedrooms, Perfect for a group or family getaway. With amenities like High Speed Wi-Fi, toiletires, laundry room, on-site free parking and AC, you will feel right at home.
** The 2 bathrooms include a bathtub and a jetted bathtub for ultimate relaxation. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Orangeburg and our home have to offer.
** The kitchen has lots of kitchenware that will allow you to cook or bake as needed. The dining room seats six.
** The five acre pond is a beautiful highlight that you will enjoy while relaxing on the patio or viewing from inside the house. Note: There is no swimming or fishing in the pond.
** The home is located on a cul de sac in a quiet area that is convenient to the universities, and other local destinations including Edisto Gardens.

The neighborhood has homes that sit on large lots which provides privacy and space for outdoor activities. The large pond behind our house is beautiful and adds an extra special beauty to the property. And the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
