I am always open to phone call, FaceTime, or text message detailed instructions for accessing the unit. Please don’t ever look for the access instructions too long reach out immediately I’ll have you inside asap. Also the instructions that I provided to all guest are very detailed

We stayed at this apartment for the weekend, and it was absolutely wonderful! The space was spotless and had plenty of room to accommodate me and my family comfortably. The building itself was clean, quiet, and very well maintained — we never heard the neighbors. It was such a peaceful and pleasant stay.The host, Jamiria, was fantastic — very responsive and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. If you’re considering booking this spot, don’t hesitate. Give her place a try — you won’t be disappointed!

I was surprised to find out that the check-in instructions included retrieving a key from underneath and outside air conditioner unit. The instructions were not to contact the property manager, only the host. This was because in their lease they're not allowed to use this property for VRBO type rentals. When I wrote the host the day before about how to contact them when I arrived I got no reply. The instructions on how to reach the unit were completely inaccurate to the layout of the property. There is no second left after the first right. I asked for help from the office on site that's when they inform me that they could not help me because of the rules of subleasing. I finally did find a staircase labeled "D." I could not access it if there was no key underneath the air conditioner unit where it was listed to be found. It was only electronic fob entry, no keypad. I could not access the property. I sent a message to the host to call me immediately. When I realized there was no key and no way for me to access the property, I realize I had been scammed. Only after we left the property and booked a hotel nearby, did I get a call from the host. They argued, and while they did offer other accommodations, it was far too late for that. I was traveling with my whole family including young children. We were terribly inconvenient by this nonsense. This host is operating this VRBO rental and violation of their own lease agreement with the property. Only partial refund.

This guest received a full refund on my end. This guest got the unit evicted so it no longer exists. This guest is incredibly rude and refused help finding the key even though I offered to help them get to it. I was approved for a new unit today and I will move into it tmrw. I also offered the guest another unit of mine. The guest was just over all unruly and hard to please. The guest never reached out to me and didn’t receive a response

This was not a good experience for us. We had not heard from the host with check in instructions as of 8pm the night before our stay. I reached out requesting information. Host then indicated that the unit wasn’t available but there was a different unit 5 minutes away with the same layout. She sent me screenshots of thumbnail photos of the new location. I asked for a direct listing, and when it was sent I noticed it didn’t have good reviews. We declined the new option as the whole situation seemed off to us. I did ask for a refund and it was given, however the refund sent was almost 50 short of what I paid. I did contact VRBO directly and they refunded me the rest of what I paid, plus the cost difference of the hotel I had to book, plus an extra 50 for the hassle. The most frustrating part of this was that the host didn’t reach out to me first to let me know the property was not even available. It took me reaching out to her less than 24 hours in advance. If I had not reached out, would I have ever been informed? This was very stressful considering we had a vacation planned in which we were leaving the next morning at 7 AM.

Because of untold guest this space was evicted so no worries about it being continued. I was approved for a new unit which I moved into tomorrow with no issues. If anything happens at one unit I have two units and sometimes gets messed things up so I do have to refer people to another unit and this is perfectly OK on our booking sites. The guest would have received the correct check instructions so I don’t know why they are suggesting that I would have never told them. Whatever time I responded I would have wrote them anyway without them having to say anything to me. I try to be as accommodating as possible with my guest and anything that they want me to do I will do. The reviews for the other listing that they mentioned are all old and everything has been nipped in the bed and usually the bad reviews are customers who are trying to get a refund and stay for free. But all of my properties and amenities are up-to-date and are in good operation. And there are different reviews depending on the person. So there are very good reviews of people who loved their stay
