Huge 3 bedroom near beach
A last minute hotel change forced us to find other lodging for our vacation. We were so grateful this property came available and the owner responded quickly.
The rental is way bigger than the pictures show. It's huge. It was the perfect size for our family of 6. The beds were comfortable and the property clean. Heated pools (one a kiddie pool) and a large hot tub are great perks, along with a basketball court, tennis courts and a playground. Ping pong inside is free. You have to pay for the pool table and the arcade room.
This property is a short walk from oceanside beach. The beach near this property had undertow warnings when we were there, so we had to drive to a different area further down to play in the water, but it's still really close.
The property is a timeshare property, so you will be asked to participate in their selling seminar. You can say no, but you can get a free vacation out of it for 2 hours of your time. One benefit is that the service is really great. They want to impress you. We had a great experience staying here.
A few other things: parking is free. (Yay!) They have beach towels and other things you can borrow for your day at the beach. It's super close to Legoland, which was perfect. If you aren't from CA, when you go grocery shopping, bring your own bags. The kitchen is not fully stocked, no cookie sheets, limited cooking utensils and pans, a few spices. There is a BBQ grill. We did burgers and hot dogs our 1st night and wished we had grabbed condiment packages from fast food on our travels. There is a washer/dryer in unit, which was handy, and a dishwasher. They include detergent.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat. <3
