Very nice house

There were three of us here and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is generously proportioned and offers plenty of space, but the location right on the main road was a bit noisier. Furthermore, the bathtub was broken and could only be used as a shower. The owner were very friendly and helped quickly and courteously our questions and problems.

Anniversary trip

The hostess was amazing, she was so nice and really worked hard to make sure our stay was relaxing. The home was centrally located to the whole island. Very clean and affordable. They supplied beach chairs, towels, snorkeling equipment, coolers, and sunscreen. Would highly recommend it.

My husband and stayed here for 7 days and we had a fantastic time. We were looking for a place away from the busy “tourist” like palm beach. This house was perfect. We rented a car to explore the island. We enjoy driving around so 20min drive to Super foods or ling&sons was perfect for us. It’s 10min from baby Beach & mangle allto. The house was clean and all the appliances worked. We cooked & grilled everyday which we loved. The house was equipped with everything you would need. It has a washer which we didn’t use but nice to know. Winchelle was very hospitable and gave us a nice welcome. She checked in on us from time to time making sure everything was ok. We look forward to returning. Thank you for opening up your home so others can enjoy the beautiful island of Aruba.

Wonderful house on the happy Island

Wow, this was one of the best Caribbean vacations we’ve been on. The property was impeccable and had all the amenities one would want or need (kitchen with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, clean linen and towels, outdoor eating area with a barbecue, great internet connection and even a TV that which had an Xbox connected ). The house was very spacious thus would perfectly suit most families and was about a 15 minute drive from the beach. As for the host, she was very welcoming, gave us great restaurant and activity recommendations, helped us get a car rental and even gave us as lift to and from the grocery store on our first night. We will come back to Aruba, for the safety and amenities the island provides and would choose this property again.

Comfortable, Quiet, Close to Beaches

We were looking for a location away from downtown and the hotel section. We loved being in a quieter location. Suggest a rental car so you can go to the beaches, sight see and go downtown when you want to. The house was perfect for the 3 of us and 6 people would have been very comfortable. Our hostess met us, went over everything in the house, gave us restaurant recommendations and made us feel immediately at home. We enjoyed our stay and will stay in the house again should we return.

Wonderful Week in Aruba!

Our family stayed at this property for 7 nights in February 2023. Absolutely spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was the perfect place for us. Huge kitchen allowed us to cook meals and breakfast, or dine on takeout from one of the fabulous local (and close!) restaurants. Perfect location for a quick drive to Baby Beach, Mangle Halto, and only 20 minutes to the other side at Palm Beach or Arashi or Eagle Beach. On the main Route (1). Supermarkets nearby. Winchelle made us feel like family and had many great recommendations and checked in on us routinely to ensure we were comfortable. A treasure of a place and people!

Amazing Week in Beautiful Aruba

We had an amazing week in Aruba! This place is very affordable and within driving distance of all the places we wanted to visit ie Eagle Beach, Palm Beach, Baby Beach ( our favorite).Communication with Winchelle and Wilkins was fast and very informative. The house is very comfortable and a/c works great! Any questions we had were answered quickly and hosts were very informative. We hope to return another time ! Worth its weight in gold !!!

Pleasant Experience

The host is an amazing person; can’t say enough about her. Our expectations were surpassed; beautiful home, very comfortable, very well equipped. Nearby places to shop; great people all around. Some things that could be a bit better: 1) The hot water mixing valve might need an upgrade; although there is no “cold water”, it’s nice to have a good system for hot water, especially for elder people. 2) For optimal sleep, I think it would be nice to have a way to block the daylight (sun light) that comes thru the bathroom door/window in the morning. Overall, we would rent this place again in the future.

Great experience

A Home on One Happy Island

This three bedroom house was a wonderful place to meet up with mY sisters for our first time in Aruba. The owner and hostess were extremely attentive to any need we had. Although a car is needed, the location is between beautiful Baby Beach and Mangel Halto, a great snorkeling area and easily accessible to the national park and the airport. While we were there we learned a patio expansion is planned with a jacuzzi and grilling area. The house is quiet and secure and I recommend it for anyone wishing a home base to explore Aruba.

Wonderful

The house is newly renovated and has EVERYTHING you need for a great vacation. Clean comfortable easy drive to all the beautiful attraction. I have never received such prompt competent service. If I texted at 10:00pm with a question or issue I had a response by 10:05pm. Great house great people! Everyone should stay here.

Amazing way to spend our Thanksgiving week

Our family decided to spend our Thanksgiving week in Aruba. We enjoy staying in houses/condos versus hotels and once we booked this property we knew immediately we made a great choice. We had the most amazing communications with the house host Winchelle ahead of time and during using WhatsApp. She handled booking a few activities for us, ensured we had a few things in the house ahead time and that everything was perfect. The house was immaculate in all ways. It is a short drive to the big popular beaches (about 20 minutes). Driving there was very easy and safe. It was well worth it! Wish we could’ve stayed a month instead of a week!

Happy home from home

This large single story house with off road parking located in the south of the island midway between the commercial capital Orangestaad and the arts capital of San Nicholas is as beautiful and well equipped as the photos show. The bedrooms and living areas are large and airy and the air con keeps the inside temperature just right. The house is equipped with every conceivable thing you could want for a great stay including snorkelling equipment and beach chairs! Outside is a huge terrace accessed from either the living-room or kitchen/diner, whilst the roof terrace is great for evening drinks watching the sunsets. Communication with the owner Wilkins was quick and easy, and our hostess Wichelle was an absolute diamond. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she provided a wealth of invaluable local advice about the best places to go for shopping and eating out in this quieter, more natural and undoubtedly less "touristy" part of the island as "living like the locals do" is the key to getting the most from this base. She also kept in touch with us via regular Txts to ensure we were OK and enjoying our stay. In short this is very much a hidden gem with a great hostess, I would strongly recommend it as a base for those seeking to avoid the casinos and high rise hotels and enjoy the peace and beautiful nature the south of the island has to offer

Beautiful House Great Value

This house is EXACTLY as the pictures show, it is beautiful, clean, spacious and had all the appliances and necessities we could ever want and more. Both Winchelle and Wilkins were wonderful to deal with and any issues we had, were resolved in a timely manner. This house is near baby beach, supermarkets and great restaurants. It is a fantastic property and we will definitely be back!

Very impressed with the overall convenience and service setting up the accommodation and checking both in and out. We are also impressed with the style, space, safety, amenities, and location of the property. The hostess, Winchelle, provided value-added service and made our time away from home feel like home with her frequent check-in(s), attention to details, friendliness, flexibility, and displayed commitment to both the gorgeous house and its guests. As shared directly with Winchelle after our check-out and her confirming the house was left fully in tact; our departure was "bitter-sweet": "Bitter" in that we had to leave and "sweet" in that we have a new Aruban experience to hopefully revisit in the near future ideally with family/friends. The residence may very well be the nicest home in Cura Cabai. It offers easy access to points of interest in the Southern part of the island. Great snorkeling at Mangel Halto (swim out to the big circular metal buoy). Baby Beach. San Nicolas and more! This home allows you to escape the tourist traps of the northern end and explore a less manufactured area of Aruba. A little gritty, and a lot of charm. Helpful, friendly locals. Cura Cabai is as real as it gets on the island. Chill out on the roof top deck at night. Distant lights of oil fields and the stars above. Magical
