We enjoyed our stay at this cute condo in Aspen. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the spacious living area and the central location where we could walk to the restaurants and shops in downtown Aspen. Just note that the bedrooms are small, which was tricky traveling with large suitcases. Our only complaint was that there was no onsite parking, as parking on the street was tricky and inconvenient.

Right next to glory hole park and within walking distance of everything. mostly loved how quiet yet how central it was. The unit itself is exceptional - kudos to the owners for the attention to detail. Thanks for a great week with our kids!

Nice Aspen Condo

The Little Neil Condo 10 was modern and recently renovated. That is difficult to find in Aspen. It’s located right in the middle of every Aspen has to offer. You can easily walk to the gondola. The management company helped with any issues we had and was very responsive!

Wonderful rental in Aspen

The rental was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and within a very short walk to grocery store, town shops, and gondola lift. The view out of the dining area and covered deck is spectacular of huge Aspen trees and the mountain side. There is a babbling creek running next to the unit. There is also a park and stream behind the unit with ducks and huge trees which can be seen from one of the bedrooms. I didn’t want to leave the place! Kitchen was fully stocked with a gas stovetop. No air-condition at the place, yet there were fans and great windows to open up for circulation. The rental exceeded my expectations in many ways. Rental was on second floor with stairs on the side of the building. The Property management staff was great and helpful.

Nice by older condo. Two twin beds are not for big adults. The top bunk would be difficult for an adult too. Condo has everything you need for winter or summer. Super helpful management. Good view of Ajax.

Perfect Aspen Stay!

We stayed here for almost two months. It was wonderful. Location can’t be beat. A lot of natural light and views of park with duck pond. A short walk to Ajax for skiing or to the market, dining, anything. The unit was spotless upon arrival and has all of the amenities to make you feel right at home. Host was awesome. Responded immediately to questions during stay. Would highly recommend and we will be back for sure!! Thank you.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in Aspen. Property is very well located, was clean and well-appointed. The management team was great. Parking lot was being repaved during our stay and they secured us a city parking permit right away. Proximity to city market and Herron Park were perfect as we had children with us. Quiet block, lovely location next to a small pocket park.

ASPENS IN ASPEN

We just spend a glorious week at Little Nell #10 condo. ITrip did an amazing job. Everything was perfect!! We have stayed in places all over the world but this condo has a perfect feel to it. It is a lovely end unit with endless windows in the LR/DR area. It is on a back street so it’s very quiet but within walking distance of everything in town - well, we love to walk! It is on the second floor so if you have trouble with stairs this is not for you. Another plus is the off street parking space assigned to this unit. It is rather small but our old 4-Runner (smaller than the new ones) fit in - just.
