This Edgewood house boasts 3 inviting bedrooms, including 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed. 1 queen bed is an air mattress and 4th room is equipped with office desk and a chair. The 2 cozy living room features a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, guests will feel right at home. Whether you're looking to relax in the beautiful surroundings or explore the enchanting city, this welcoming property is the perfect retreat for your getaway. House Rules

Welcome to our home! We kindly ask all guests to read and follow these guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

Storm door opens only half please do not open more than half for lock and unlock. Any damage to the property and appliances will be taken into consideration for fine within the reasonable charges.

Dispose all your trash from the house at the end of your stay including bathroom trash in the bigger trash cans placed at the back of the house and put it on the drive way every Sunday evening (trash) and Wednesday evening (recycle) for the next day pick up. Note: please take the trash cans at the back yard if the trash is taken, for more space of parking.

No additional guests without prior approval.
No illegal substances on the property.
No adult content to be downloaded, purchased, or viewed using the property’s Wi-Fi or TV.
No explicit filming or photography on the property.

Do not rearrange furniture.
Avoid hair dyeing; stains on sinks, towels, or linens are not permitted.
Use the provided colored makeup towels for makeup removal.
No eating in bedrooms.
No open flames or candles.
Use plasticware outdoors; no glassware outside.
Please do not pour grease, oil, or similar substances down the sink.

Check-Out Policy
Late check-outs incur a $100 penalty fee as it disrupts the professional cleaning crew’s schedule and affects the quality of the next guest’s experience.
