この新しく建てられたコテージは、ニューバッファローのマーチャントストリート開発の一部です。 4ベッドルームの家には、スクリーンインバックポーチ、リアストーンパティオ、広々とした地下室、ステンレス製のキッチン用品、専用バスルーム付きのマスターベッドルーム、WIFI、ケーブルテレビが備わります。 屋外シャワーを利用して、ビーチで一日の砂を洗い流すことができます。 ニューバッファローの公共ビーチまで徒歩5〜10分、ニューバッファローのアムトラック駅まではさらに短い距離です。 開発はコテージから通りを渡ったところにコミュニティプールがあります。

Great location with all the amenities. Neighborhood pool is directly across the street, super short walking distance to restaurants/grocery/shops, and walking to the beach with kids was possible thanks to the beach wagons provided in the garage. The house had EVERYTHING we needed. I was especially surprised by the well stocked the bathrooms and kitchen/pantry items. My son loved how close the train was. If you have light sleepers in the family, bring a sound machine… my kids didn’t hear the train at night. The upstairs closets are enormous and without windows… perfect for a cot or pack-n-play (& outlets right outside the door for sound machine or baby monitor). We would stay here over and over again.

House was great, cannot go wrong with this location - walking distance from main downtown, the neighborhood is fantastic/quiet/safe, and the shared pool in right there.

This was our 5th year staying at this property, always clean and perfect location. Excellent layout and kitchen properly set up with cooking utensils and pots/pans. No concerns.

The Perfect Family Getaway!

Rarely have I rented a property that *exceeded* expectations/photographs/descriptions. Daniel’s property was perfect. My husband and I, our adult daughter, son, DIL, 2y.o. grandson and 4-1/2 month old granddaughter were in town for a family wedding, and decided to extend our stay for a few days. The location is great for walking everywhere: Starbucks, a nice little grocery store, tons of restaurants, ice cream, playgrounds, the water, bars for those wanting nightlife, etc. The neighborhood pool is perfect for little ones. The house itself doesn’t disappoint. Two nice porches. Four huge bedrooms. 3-1/2 large sparkling clean baths. Thoughtful amenities. While the main floor living area is cozy and a bit small, the downstairs family room more than makes up for it. (Not a complaint at all but just reality in Michigan: the only space we didn’t use much was the backyard fire pit and outside shower; little kids prone to mosquito bites and Midwest summer nights don’t mix well! For lucky renters that don’t get bitten up, go enjoy!) We have relatives who live ten minutes away and were very impressed with our find. We will definitely be back. It was a great, comfortable home and for the high season in New Buffalo, a very reasonable value.

Wonderful week!

Great property and location, spacious house with great beach amenities(chairs, wagon, etc.). Steps to the heated pool and quiet street to hang out and play catch on. Can’t wait to return!!

Great house, great location

Beautiful, cozy home. Quick walk to downtown New Buffalo and also walkable to beach. The pool is just outside the front door. This was a perfect vacation rental for my family and kids. Everyone enjoyed!

First-rate Experience

This property was impressive. It was very clean, spacious, well-outfitted, with all the amenities we wanted. We especially appreciated the foosball table and beach chairs. The beaches in the area were maintained remarkably well. The nearby railroad tracks were a bit noisy at night but appreciated by our grandsons. We would definitely use it again if in the area.

One to repeat!

Very spacious, clean home in an excellent location. We walked almost everywhere. The pool is viewing distance from the lovely front porch. About a 60 second walk. There is also an enclosed porch in the back that leads to the patio with a grill, outdoor shower and fire pit. Great for roasting marshmallows. There is parking for two cars and additional spots are not too far away. Dan always responded quickly to any of our questions. We will definitely return in the future.
