This marvelous house in Tucson offers a serene escape for guests and their furry friends. 3 bedrooms with 4 beds: King, Queen and 2 Double Bunk Beds we can host a family or group of friends wanting to unwind in nature and enjoy the fun of the desert outdoors. Tucson has beautiful black out skies so enjoy stargazing along with creature spotting (lizards, javelina, deer, coyote.) Other amenities include:
* BBQ
* Fully Fenced Yard
* Putt Putt Course
* Large Pool (can be heated in winter months)
* Hot Tub coming soon (October)!!

- Hike and bike on Tucson’s spectacular trails or explore Mountain Park right out your front door
- 6 min drive to luxury JW Marriott at Star Pass where you can enjoy taking a swing on the Arnold Palmer-designed desert golf course
- 17 min drive to U of A
- 10 min drive to Downtown Tucson with all of the fun restaurants, bars and entertainment

Pool Heating Information
In summer, the pool doesn’t require heating, but during cooler months, it’s a great amenity.
- Heating is $50/day and warms the pool to 84–86°F.
- For stays longer than 3 days, the cost drops to $20/day (after the initial upfront heating).
- Monthly stays can be arranged at a special rate.
*Please let us know at least two days before arrival if you’d like the pool heated for payment and pool heating to take place.

Hi, I'm Rene, founder of Chic Retreats in Arizona. Originally from Portland, Oregon, my family and I relocated to Tucson to enjoy more sunshine and be closer to loved ones. We strive to provide thoughtfully designed, comfortable spaces for guests to enjoy—just like the ones we cherished during our escapes from the gloomy Northwest winters. The desert is an incredible place to explore, and want to help others fall in love with it too!
