5 Bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious Living Room, and a cozy Family Room for relaxation and entertainment.
**Alure is a 7-night, Sun-Sun, stay from June 28- July 29**
This lakefront property comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and provides easy water access. Located within the exclusive Deer Hill community of Deerfield Resort, the property has a minimum stay of 3 nights, except during July, when the minimum stay is 7 nights. Two huge decks overlook the cove. Covered Slip included!!
The space
Home Layout:
Over 2640 sq.ft of living space on 3 levels
Main Level -- Large master bedroom with king-size bed, TV and master bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a large side-by-side refrigerator. Coffee maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, and full complete set of pots/pans, dishes, and utensils. Additional full bath
Upper Level – Master Bedroom overlooking the living room below with sliding doors. King bed, large chest, large master bath with shower, full-size Jacuzzi tub, and a TV
Lower Level – Three bedrooms with a family room and a full bath. 1 bedroom with a Queen Bed, 1 bedroom with dual bunk beds and 1 bedroom with full size bed and bunk.
Excellent location right in between Deerfield Marina/Tiki Bar and Springs Dock. Community pool right next to home. Short distance to the Greens at Deerfield golf course.

All homes include bed linens and kitchen towels.
BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED
Each home has a starter supply of the following:
1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom,
1 roll of paper towels,
1 trash can liner per trash can,
1 sample dish soap
STRICT POLICY:
No pets allowed! This is due to severe allergies, and to keep everyone safe.
Check In Instructions:
Check-in begins at 4 PM via key code on front door.
You will receive a welcome packet from VRBO that includes more specific details regarding the home prior to arrival.
Reminder: Check out is at 10 AM.
If the guest decides to cancel a reservation, the policy is as follows:
- 60+ days prior to check-in day: Full refund, excluding booking fee (booking fee varies per property)
- 30-59 days prior to check-in day: half refund back
- 30 days and under prior to check in: Nonrefundable, all payments forfeited

My familty is from Cincinnati, Ohio and we have been coming to Norris Lake for many years. We fell in love the beautiful waters of Norris Lake and the many kind people we meet on the water.

We chose Deerfield Resort because of its many amenities including Deerfield Cove Marina, The Greens Golf Course, neighborhood pools, Pickle ball and the Winery. There's always plenty to do even if you can't get on the lake for a day.
この宿泊施設の特徴
Our villa was designed as a Lake House by LeJuene Homes! Meaning awesome views views and quick access to the lake. Our home is the shortest walk to the marina and the community pool. Being next to the pool affords the benefits of wachting kids from our deck, going back to the home if you forget something.
