Our communication with guests starts from 9 am till 5 pm, after this time we are still gonna be able to answer any question or solve any situation, just keep in mind might have a delay since is not working ours for all our vendors and staff.

✦ Private beach/town shuttle is our next favorite - AMARI has it readily available for you. The only community that offers private free shuttles on a schedule to Tulum BEACH and TOWN.
✦ Regular Taxis are common all over Tulum - prices can vary and it’s best if you ask us to book it for you so we can secure a fair price.
✦ Colectivos are shared local shuttles that operate along designated routes. Very cheap prices and you can get off along their designated route. It’s the least comfortable choice but very affordable.
✦ Never worry about your productivity or comfort; our robust infrastructure ensure a reliable electricity, water, and high-speed WiFi, even when the rest of the town might face interruptions.
✦ Although TULUM is a magical jungle beach town, it's common to experience the occasional interruption of services like electricity, water, and WiFi due to weather and local infrastructure around town.
