Welcome to the perfect retreat. This newly renovated getaway sits on 5 peaceful acres just minutes away from Cave Run Lake and downtown Morehead. Relax on a spacious covered deck, fish on your own private pond, or explore the natural beauty around you. With boat, ATV, and RV storage this quiet secluded property offers the ideal of a blend of comfort, convenience, and adventure. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind.

Bedroom and Bathrooms:
• Master Bedroom: King bed, flat-screen TV, and a private en suite bathroom.

•Bedroom 2: Queen bed and flat-screen TV.

•Bedroom 3: Queen bed and flat-screen TV.

Guest Bathroom: Shared full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

•Linens & Towels: Fresh towels and bed linens are provided.

Kitchen; Fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook at home — including cookware, utensils, dishes, and small appliances. Gather around the dining table for meals or enjoy coffee on the covered deck overlooking the pond.

My group of four adults absolutely loved this place! All agreed we would stay here again. The bathrooms were great, plenty of HOT water, good AC and Wi-Fi, etc. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and using the fire pit and there was plenty of wood provided. Excellent and quick communication with the host. The appliances, dishes, and furniture all seemed brand new and in excellent condition.

Excellent college grad weekend. Our family enjoyed all the amenities to include the pond. My son caught a bass, we threw it back to get bigger. We loved the back deck were we entertained a small group of family, it was perfect fit. The house was perfect for two boys. Excellent WiFi and TV options just like at our home. We also enjoyed the rooster in the morning lol.

Lovely home. Well appointed. Loads of towels. Super clean and comfortable. The main area kitchen/dining/living is central and quite large. Master is separated from the other bedrooms. We would definitely book again. Host was responsive and helpful.

House is in the hills—beautiful scenic area—great for short walks up and down hills! Firepit was great—TVs in all rooms. We didn’t use cornhole or ping pong table because the weather got cold. We would def stay here again!

We’d rebook this place in a heartbeat! Host- Melissa was very responsive before and during our trip. Property amenities and home layout worked perfectly for our group of 4: couple in master suite w/bathroom and individuals in each of the other 2 bedrooms. Modern decor and furnishings surrounded us in comfort, convenience, and a relaxing space to return from a hard day of tournament fishing, The property's ample parking, pond, deck, firepit, hammock provided enough space for us to gather as a group, as well as pursue our own activities e.g. yoga or napping. Functionally, the home met all of our expectations. Bonus feature: skylight in the master bath for the natural sunlight and window to see the trees and stars.
